Circuit for electromotive drives for spinning, twisting and the like
Working machines There are drive arrangements for spinning, twisting and similar machines
became known in which the drive motors depending on certain work processes
being controlled. One example are ring spinning machines, where the speed of the
Spindles is regulated to constant thread tension for all bobbin diameters.
For the solution of this control task it is proposed to use the motors which are used to drive
a spinning machine are used to regulate with the help of grid-controlled discharge vessels
and the grid of these discharge vessels as a function of the work processes
to influence the spinning machine, in particular as a function of the thread tension.
The object of the invention is to improve and perfect it
such drive arrangements. According to the invention are used to drive the spinning machine
Serving motors, in particular DC motors, all have a common
Grid-controlled discharge vessel connected to a given alternating current network.
All motors are controlled by the grid control of this common discharge vessel
a voltage is supplied which is kept constant very precisely, so that accordingly
the motors receive a certain constant basic speed with a given excitation.
For the purpose of regulating the speed of each individual motor as a function of
The thread tension of the spinning machine assigned to it gives each motor a special one
Grid-controlled discharge vessel, which is connected to the field circuit of this motor
and its grid circle depending on the work processes of the machine,
So for example in a spinning machine depending on the thread tension,
is regulated.
und die ganze Regelung der von der Fadenspannung abhängigen Gittersteuerung überlassen;
If a control circuit is selected for regulating the spinning machine as a function of the thread tension, in which a grid-controlled discharge vessel is assigned to each individual drive motor, which is dimensioned for the total output of this motor, the speed of this motor can be adjusted with great accuracy of the changing thread tension adapt, but a spinning machine equipped with this scheme is relatively expensive. In addition, in addition to the grid control, which is dependent on the thread tension, each of the individual discharge vessels must also have a second control device with the aid of which the basic speed of the individual motors can be kept constant. It is well known that there are no energy distribution networks with such a frequency and voltage. remain constant that not frequency uri`11
Voltage fluctuations occur that
the limits admissible for the drive motors of spinning machines. It is true that one could do without setting a constant basic speed and leave the entire regulation to the grid control, which is dependent on the thread tension; However, such a regulation is inexpedient and also not beneficial for the quality of the material supplied by the spinning machine.
Man
In the scheme proposed according to the invention, the
Discharge vessel, which is common to all motors, is exactly one that remains constant
Voltage supplied. You have it through the grid control of this discharge vessel
in hand, even with factory networks, the voltage and frequency of which fluctuate very strongly
are subject to keeping the engine speed practically absolutely constant.
In addition, this type of power supply to the motors has the advantage that you can use it
of the common discharge vessel, the basic speed of the motors to different
Can set values. After this control function the grid circle of the common
Is assigned to the discharge vessel, the control devices of the individual,
Discharge vessels assigned to each motor of all superfluous control functions
relieved and are only used to regulate the speed changes required to maintain
a constant thread tension are necessary. That doesn't just mean relief
the control devices, but also an increase in control accuracy; because that of the
Thread tension-dependent control devices then only need for the thread tension changes
to be measured, which are caused by the normal spinning process. Man
however, does not need to take into account such thread tension changes that
for example due to voltage or frequency fluctuations in a network feeding the motors
are conditional.

In Fig. I is the circuit diagram of a spinning machine system

is either directly or with the interposition of further discharge vessels

whose tension is to be kept constant, exerts a force on the rotatable
Feeler lever 13 off. The counterforce is generated by the spring 1.4. At the desired
Thread tension is the feeler lever 13 in a certain central position. When increasing
the lever gives way to the thread tension, and this goes when the tension is increased
the left lever arm downwards, when lowering it upwards. The right lever arm carries
at its end a flag 15, which is in the air path between the diaphragm air pump 16
and a bolometer 17 plays. The air flow acts in such a way that when it changes
the balance of the bridge of the bolometer 17 is disturbed. The alternating current network

whose voltage is sufficiently constant, sct 'one expediently uses a special one
Auxiliary network, the voltage and frequency of which are kept practically absolutely constant.
Since it is a network with relatively low power, this is
additional control device economically easily portable.
Although it is advisable to use direct current motors to drive the individual spinning machines

can also be used for other types of motor, e.g. for AC motors,
which are fed via grid-controlled converters and similar vacuum devices.
