Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Selbstschutzeimridhtung für Polizei-, Zoll-, Forst-und
sonstige Beamte zur Festnahme verdächtiger ,oder angreifender Personen und besteht
im wesentlichen, wie ,aus der Zeichnung hervorgeht, aus einem Fingerhandschuh üblicher
Form mit dem neuen Verwendungszweck angepaßten Merkmalen, ohne dabei wesentlich
von :einem gewöhnlichen Handschuh abzur weichen. Die neue Schutz- und Abwehreinrichtung
als Fingerhandschuh besteht aus einem ,äußerst zerreißfesten Stoff, zumeist aus
Leder a. Der Verschluß am Handgelenk wird durch kräftige Metallschnallen b erzielt,
welche nicht, nur dem Handschuh einen guten Sitz geben, sondern auch bei Gewaltanwendu;ngen
das Abstreifen von der Hand ohne öffnen unmöglich .machen. Ferner befinden sich
an den Enden aller Handschuhfinger metallene Hülsen c, die in gebogene Spitzend
auslaufen, welche nach dem Handinnern zu gekrümmt, als Krallen. aus dem fest damit
verbundenen Handschuh herausragen. Beim Anziehen eines Handschubes nach der Erfindung,enden
die vordersten Glieder der Finger und des Daumens in den im Handschuh eingearbeiteten
Metallhülsen c, welche infolge des genauen :Sitzes die Bewegungen der Finger mitmachen.
Diese Metallhülsen c beginnen an sich am vordersten Gelenk der Finger und ,gehen
jeweils vor der Fingerkuppe in die zu Krallend gebogenen Spitzen über. Der feste
Stoff a .des Handschuhes überdeckt an sich die Metallhülsen e bis über die Fingerkuppen
e, gibt ihnen durch eine in der Handschuhherstellung übliche Vernähung und nötige
Verlleimung einen festen Eialt und lä-ßt die Metallhülsen c nicht sicktbar werden.
Eine mit solchen Handschuhen ausgerüstete Person kann durch einfaches: Zu-`,assen
an der Schulter, Arm oder sonstigen Körperteil den Gegner sicher festhalten, denn
sobald er die Hand zu schließe beginnt, haken die Krallend sich in die Kleidung
ein, und beim stärkeren Schließen der Finger graben sie sich in :das Fleisch ein.
Ein Versuch des Losreißens bleibt ohne Erfolg. Ohne besondere Kraftanstrengung hält
die Krallenhand den Gegner fest. Zudem setzt bei Gegenwehr das Einkrallen in Glas
