Die mittels Excenter wirkende Verschlufsvorrichtung der vorliegenden Erfindung ist auf
beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellt. Fig. 1 ist die Oberansicht derselben, Fig. 2 und 3 sind
senkrechte Schnitte nach den Linien v-w und x-y der Fig. 1, rind Fig. 4 zeigt die Ansicht

Ein Verschlufs für Einmachebüchsen, gekennzeichnet durch einen unter den Büchsenrand
gelegten Ring (d), welcher zwei oder mehrere federnde Arme (J) mit Excenterscheiben
(g) trägt, welche durch einen gemeinsamen Bügel (h) oder besondere Handhebel
bewegt werden können, zum Zweck, einen zweiten über dem Deckelrand ruhenden Ring (i)
gegen den ersten Ring (d) zu drücken, wodurch die Büchse mit Hülfe eines Gummiringes
(c) luftdicht verschlossen wird, gleichzeitig aber hochgespannte Dämpfe vermöge der
federnden Arme (f) entweichen können, so dafs sich während des Kochens in der Büchse
ein Vacuum bildet, welches den Büchsendeckel (b) beim nachherigen Erkalten um so
