Die nachstehend beschriebene und in der Zeichnung Fig. 1 bis 19 dargestellte Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Befestigung des Haarbezuges an Bögen für Streichinstrumente, welche ermöglichen soll, binnen wenigen Minuten den Haarbezug des Bogens herauszunehmen und wieder einzusetzen.The invention described below and illustrated in the drawing FIGS. 1 to 19 relates to a device for attaching the hair cover to bows for string instruments, which should make it possible to remove the hair cover of the bow within a few minutes and put it back in place.

Die solcherart gestalteten Haarbezugenden werden in die Höhlungen b und c, Fig. 1, am Frosch B und am oberen Ende des Bogens eingelegt. Alsdann kommen die das Breitlegen und Breithalten des Haarbezuges vermittelnden Einrichtungen zur Wirkung. Am Frosch des Bogens dient hierzu ein Schieber d, welcher den Zweck hat, die Bezughaare um die Kante e zu biegen, breit und auf die Fläche f zu drücken, so dafs hierdurch der untere Theil des Bezuges eine völlig sichere und ausgebreitete Lage erhält. Der Schieber d wird entweder, wie Fig. 8 bis 11 zeigen, mittelst eines Falzes in bestimmter Lage gehalten und hierdurch die sichere Breithaltung des Bezuges erzielt, oder der Schieber d wird, wie Fig. 12 bis 15 zeigen, mit besonderen Einrichtungen zum Breithalten des Bezuges in Zusammenwirkung gebracht. Der Schieber d ist in letztgenannten Fällen derartig gestaltet, dafs sich an seinem Ende m ein über die Froschschnauze g geschobener Ring h anschliefst, welcher sich auf die Froschschnauze derartig eng aufsetzt, dafs die Breithaltung des Bezuges gesichert wird. Ferner kann an Stelle des Ringes h ein solcher mit einer Klappe η ge^ | setzt werden, welche Klappe n, Fig. 16, mit ihrem oberen Rand 0 dazu dient, dafs sich der Haarbezng auf deren ganzer Breite vertheilt und durch Einschlagen der Klappe in den Ring sicher gehalten wird (Fig. 18). . Der andere für den Kopf bestimmte Theil des Bezuges wird mittelst eines klappenartig gestalteten Theiles D befestigt. Das Haarbezugende a wird, wie Fig. 1 zeigt, umgebogen in -die Höhlung b eingelegt, damit ein gewisser Raum zum allmäligen Breitlegen der Haare gewonnen wird. Die Haare werden über die Kante i der Halteklappe D gelegt und letztere um ihr Gelenk k über ihre Mitte (Fig. 1, punktirte Stellung) gedreht, so zwar, dafs, wie Fig. 3 zeigt, durch die Spannung des Haarbezuges die Klappe D in geschlossener Stellung gehalten wird. Auf solche Weise soll das obere und das untere Ende des Haarbezuges nicht nur sicher befestigt, sondern die Haare sollen auch in zweckmäfsiger Weise breit gehalten werden (Fig. 4).The hair cover ends designed in this way are inserted into the cavities b and c, FIG. 1, on the frog B and at the upper end of the arch.
