Description
Vorrichtung zum Weben von Ganzdrehergewebe Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Ganzdrehergeweb,e.Apparatus for weaving full-turn fabric object of the invention is a device for the production of full-twist fabric, e.
The production of the full-turn fabrics has mostly been carried out under Use of thread strands with glass beads. However, this method has the disadvantage that the strands as well as the weaving threads are highly exposed to wear, the process is time consuming and makes the end product too expensive.
Another device for weaving full-turn fabric consists of that in addition to the usual shafts, two gripper blades are used to produce the fully lathe shed Find use, which is arranged between the reed and the usual shafts and perform lateral shifts in addition to lifting movements. These-. contraption has the disadvantage that once the gripper blades have to be moved sideways and on the other hand, the half-length gripping teeth, which are on the right or left of the whole leaf rods are soldered in every gap in the pipe, cannot be put together so closely, that a relatively dense fabric can be made.
In contrast, according to the invention, between the leno strands of the leno harness and another shaft with full-twist healds arranged in the ark, of which the a lamella (fork lamella) is provided with a driver for lifting the standing thread and on the other L am @ elle (guide lamella) is guided. The latter has a to accommodate the leno thread located in its raised position on. At the same time, this lamella is provided with a recess through which the Standing thread comes to a standstill and in which the entrant can enter, around the standing thread safe to grasp.
Beide bestehen z. The new device is shown in the accompanying drawings in Figs. It shows: FIG. I a view of part of the shaft with all-twist strands in a row, FIGS. A and 3 a guide lamella in a side view and in a top view, FIG. Q. and FIG. 5 shows a fork lamella in plan and side view, FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of a forked heald in plan view, FIGS. 7 to 10 show the various steps of leno shed formation with the new device. The loom working in connection with the new device has, as usual, a drawer i with sheet 2, a harness with strands 3, 4 for leno threads D and standing threads S arranged in shafts. The '# -, leno threadD is still guided in a known manner through the thread eye of the DreherhalbUtze'6 "=, which is controlled in a known manner with the two lifting heddles 7, 8. Between sheet 2 and the turning shaft 6, 7, 8 is the den The additional shaft forming the subject of the invention is attached. This consists of a frame with all-twist strands lined up on rails. These consist of two parts, a guide lamella io and a fork lamella i i. Both consist, for example, of flat steel. The guide lamella io (Fig. 2, 3) comprises a loop 1 3 which ii for the fork blade, which is pushed through this loop, forms a good guide. Further, the guide fin is io provided with a bend 15, into which the leno thread can enter to during lifting of the standing thread not to be taken along by the driver 12 of the forked lamella adens to take cover.
The fork lamella i i (FIGS. 4, 5) is provided with two slots 5, 6 and found on the shiren 18, mounted in the heald frame, through these slots go a good guide. In the middle part is by expressing from the full Material a laterally protruding 1V receiver finger (fork) 12 is formed. This Finger can also be attached by welding or soldering. Also has the fork lamella i i has an eyelet 14 at the upper end, but there could also be two such Be eyelets, i.e. tubes and. below, as Fig. 6 shows. These are lined up Rails 17, which with. the side supports of this shaft are connected on both sides.
The rise and fall of this shaft can be known per se Way z. B. can be controlled from a dobby.
Der Schuß 22 wird jetzt eingetragen ;(Fig. 9).The operation is as follows: Fig. 7 shows the basic position of the healds and the threads D and S. The leno thread D is now raised by lifting the lifting heald 7 and the half heald 6 (Fig. 8), so far that the leno thread D. can enter into the bend 15 of the guide lamella io. The leno thread D now partially wraps around the standing thread S, which has remained in its position. This movement is carried out during half a revolution of the crankshaft of the loom. In the second half of the revolution of the Gabellitzen 12 go with the stationary thread S on the lying still in the deflection 1 5 D thread passing into the upper compartment; at the same time the lifting heald 7 and the half heald 6 with the leno thread D return to their starting position. Now there is a whole loop of the two threads. educated. The shot 22 is now registered (Fig. 9).
Der beschriebene, Arbeitsgang beginnt nun aufs neue."'It is somewhat different with the movements len for the following one Looping the two threads for the second shot. After the first shot goes the fork 12 and thus the standing thread S back into the starting position in the lower shed (Fig. I o). This creates a half turn, i.e. H. a partial entanglement of the two threads D and S. At the same time, the lifting heald 8 and the half heald 6 go with the leno thread D facing up in the upper shed (Fig. io). This creates a whole Loop; the second weft thread 24 can be inserted through the shuttle 19. The lifting heald 8 and the half heald 6 go back into the lower shed, do the threads D and S assume the position shown in FIG. 7 again. The process described now begins again.
