Description
To heat ovens, one usually uses closed ends, with the Heat transfer medium partially filled steam heating pipes, one end of which goes into the combustion chamber protrude. It has been found that steam bubbles settle on the wall of the pipe head protruding into the combustion chamber, which prevent the pipe walls from being cooled by the liquid at this point.
As a result, the pipe heads can be heated beyond the permissible level and tear. To avoid this inconvenience you have to heat the oven already closed tubular frames enclosing the useful space of the furnace are used. One lets these protrude with their lowest part into the combustion chamber, so one must be inside the Firebox at the heating point apply strong curvatures, both from the point of view of manufacture and that of a proper removal of the vapor bubbles are unfavorable. If you guide the tubular frame like this from the fact that the leg coated by the fire gases is inside the furnace lies horizontally, the vapor development takes place in both directions, and it there is a possibility that the fired pipe wall is not affected by the liquid heat transfer medium is more covered. This training also favors the burning through and bursting of the pipes at the heating point. In the case of the subject matter of the invention, In particular, heating systems that can be used for ovens, which are made up of individual, self-contained heating systems that surround the usable oven space and there is a tubular frame partially filled with the heat transfer medium, vapor bubbles should now settle on the heating point and thus the burning through and bursting of the pipes can be avoided with certainty. For this purpose, the individual tubular frames designed so that they are heated above the lowest point, where those ascending from the lowest point after the apex, the heat exchange means containing pipe legs traverse the combustion chamber at an even incline. In this training, the vapor bubbles must pull off in the direction of the upwardly directed pipe leg, while the rainwater that forms in the pipe frame on the other side of the furnace, i.e. at the lower end of the pipe limb, enters this, so that the bend-free heated pipe part receives constant inflow by the circulating rainwater.
'In the drawing, an embodiment of the new heating system is shown, for example, namely for an oven with two baking chambers. ' '
Above the firebox the baking chamber 3 and above a second baking chamber 4 is arranged. In the lower oven a plate 6 is provided below the baking plate 5 on which to generate
The upper baking chamber owns the baking plate 7. Brush the heating gases before they enter the chimney, the ceiling ducts in the usual way 8 of the upper baking chamber.
The heating pipe system used to heat the lower baking chamber consists of individual ones self-contained, i.e. frame-like,
Auf diese Weise empfangen die hintereinanderliegenden Rohrschenkel 11 durchgängig die gleiche Wärme.10- formed heating pipes 9, which are laid one behind the other in common alignment and which Enclose baking plate 5 over its entire length. The deepest point 10 of each tubular frame is located outside of the combustion chamber 1. The fired pipe leg 11 traverses the furnace from the lowest point of the tubular frame, namely steadily rising so that there is no pipe bend in the combustion chamber. The fired section of the pipe leg 11, denoted by the arrow α is, is kept relatively short in the front tube; but it widens with the tubular frame behind, because the heating channel widens accordingly. In this way, the pipe legs 11 lying one behind the other receive continuously the same warmth.
The steam bubbles generated in the heated pipe section pull in the direction of arrow b after the pipe apex designated by 12. The rainwater flows in the direction from the apex through the sloping pipe section to the deepest point 10 of the pipe frame and rises from here in the fired pipe limb again. A cycle of steam and rainwater is created in the direction of arrow h .
Due to the constant withdrawal of the steam bubbles in the ascending leg in the direction of arrow b, the curvature-free course of the lower pipe leg 11 in the area of the furnace 1 and finally due to the steady entry of rainwater into the fired leg from the deepest point of the pipe frame, a seizure of Steam blowing in the fired pipe section and thus a bursting of the same are completely excluded.
If the upper baking chamber is to be heated in the same way to increase the top heat, so on each tubular frame 9 there is still another tubular frame encompassing the baking plate 7 scheduled. The filling with the liquid heat transfer medium, for which water is usually considered, is kept here in such a way that that the lower tubular frame almost completely with the liquid heat transfer medium is filled, whereas there is steam in the upper tubular frame. It then occurs in the a lively water circulation in the lower tubular frame.
