Haubenartige Kappe zum Verdecken und Halten der Schnürsenkelenden
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine haubenartige, der Krümmung des Schuhschaftes
angepaßte Kappe mit vom oberen Rande im Abstande des Senkelknotens nach innen abgebogenem
Haken zum Verdecken und Halten der eingelegten., geknoteten Schnürsenkelenden. Die
bekannten derartigen Kappen weisen den Nachteil auf, daß sie mit ihren über den
oberen Schuhrand greifenden Haken zwischen Schuhschaft und Fuß eingehängt werden
müssen, wodurch empfindliche Druckstellen entstehen. Außerdem sind solche haubenartigen
Kappen auffällig und wirken unschön, weil sie die oberen Schnürbandreihen völlig
verdecken. Ferner werden diese Kappen infolge ihrer durch die Spannung der Haken
bedingten losen Aufhängung auf den oberen Schuhrand nicht immer fest gegen den Schuhschaft
gehalten, so daß sie einerseits den Schnürsenkelknoten oft nicht ganz bedecken und

aufeinanderfolgende, parallele Senkelstränge eingehängt werden kann, daß ferner
die Schnürbandstränge nicht verdeckt sind, und da.ß die Kappe infolge der Spannung
des Schnürsenkels fest gegen den Schuhschaft gehalten wird und damit unverlierbar

Rand der Kappe d ein mittlerer Haken: f von gerader Form angeordnet
ist, der unter den folgenden parallelen Senkelstrang b greift. Abb. q. läßt erkennen,
daß weder die parallelen Schnürsenkelstränge b noch die Schuhösen c verdeckt werden,
daß aber die Kappe d in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Senkelsträ.ngen b aufgehängt und
durch die erfindungsgemäße Abbiegung der Haken e, f gehalten ist. Die Kappe d ist
zweckmäßig elliptisch ausgebildet und kann aus beliebigem Werkstoff in gewünschter
