Description

Method for attaching viscose sponges For holding viscose sponges in place special clamps are already known. Furthermore, sponge masses are already finely divided Conditions have been used to filter up floating.

The subject of the invention is now another suitable type of fastening of viscose sponge on such bodies made of cellulose: e or cellulose-containing Steffen, such as paper, fabric, wood and the like. Viscose sponges are used for cleaning purposes also often attached to bars, especially cemented onto wood and the like. the Invention is based on the knowledge that these substances by wetting with the alkaline liquids of the sponge mass cause superficial swelling or mereerization experienced, through which an intimate connection between the wearer and the sponge mass in their Coagulation is achieved. Because the sponge itself contains the substances containing cellulose not wetting sufficiently, these are according to the invention before the application of the sponge mass especially wetted with water, diluted lye or viscose. According to the invention For example, fabrics or nets made of hemp or cotton are thinned with water Lye or viscosia caused to swell; then not yet coagulated sponge mass is formed on one or both sides, pressed onto the fabric and then the mass coagulates. Wood bodies can also be swollen with water or caustic soda or Viscose * coated or covered with Vis.ooseschwammasse and the formed structures be coagulated.

Der Belag kann einseitig oder doppelseitig aufgebracht werden:Cleaning cloths, window cloths, Insoles, etc. through the intimate connection of the sponge mass with cellulose-containing Documents are generated. Sponges, can be used for cleaning dishes, glass bottles, Window panes or polished surfaces with wooden handles or on handy ones Carrier are applied. The procedure can also be used to graze or To firmly connect strands of cords or fabrics with sponges, on which, for. B. the sponges can be hung up. Finally, after the procedure, sponge cloths, which have a very high strength (filter presses) are produced by Nets or coarse-meshed fabrics can be connected with sponge mass. Such sponge cloths can be used for filtering purposes «, ground. Even well-absorbent flooring can get through Joining strips of fabric or networks with sponge mass can be created. Of the Covering can be applied on one or both sides:
