Pricking Apparatus The invention described below relates to one
Pricking device for joining several superimposed materials (fabric
and fur) by means of single thread chain stitches, which, provided with its own drive,
can be moved freely over the piece to be processed on a handle.
In contrast to the previously known freely movable pricking devices,
where precise lines are difficult, as these with their flat
The floor is placed on the flat material to be processed at the puncture site
and thereby carry out a confusing work process, according to
the invention of the Pikierapparat in its base plate a straight through
Channel on and the rest of the flat workpiece support a straight through
Curvature, so that the curvature and channel in the area of which the stitch formation takes place and
which thus simultaneously in a known manner to the fabric bulge at the stitch formation point
serve to form mutual guide means when moving the pricking apparatus.
The subject invention is shown formations in the waste closer. 1 shows the pricking apparatus with a workpiece support and a workpiece in between, FIG. 2 shows the pricking with a narrow curved support, and FIG. 3 shows the pricking with a wide curved support. Pricking apparatus The pricking apparatus consists of the top part k containing the stitch-forming tools (needle d etc.) and the drive f and the workpiece support c. . The latter has a rectilinear curvature b , which corresponds to a channel g provided in the base plate a of the upper part k , likewise straight through. The workpiece c is spread out between the workpiece support and the upper part. The stitch formation takes place in the area of the channel or the curvature, which thus not only serve as mutual guide means, but also for the fabric curvature at the stitch formation point. The curvature of the workpiece support as well as the channel of the base plate is the desired width% effect of the seam, z. B. by replacing the parts so that, for. B. for stitching large workpieces, such as jackets and jacket parts, in which a tight sequence of stitching is not required, but on the other hand, the superimposed materials should be connected to each other to the greatest possible extent, a wide arching pad (Fig. 3), over which the Working material is placed in a slight curve, and a plate is used to support the matching channel g. As a result of this wide arching underlay, the distance from the puncture of the needle d to the puncture of the same experiences a large distance and thus also has a large surface effect. For smaller workpieces, collars or the like, a narrow arched base (Fig. 2) is used with a plate supporting the matching channel, which results in a shorter distance vQth'r # puncture for the needle punching out, which with the appropriate voltage. regulation leads to pronounced curling;% Accordingly, the workpiece support consists of a base plate and a special arch support. This arching base b is replaced by lifting it off the base plate to which it is connected by bolts. The exchangeable channel plate is held on the right and left by a fold in the base plate a, in which it slides when exchanged by pulling it out.
The embodiment according to the invention also allows use
straight needles for stitch formation, which is an advantage for the design of the drive
can be.
