In allen diesen Fällen waren
Device for removing gases from single-use compressed gas containers
It is known that gases are taken from pressure-resistant steel cylinders in which they
contained in a compressed or liquefied state. The gas escapes
here by valves of various types. However, it is in this case
difficult to obtain a certain small amount of gas, as is the case in the most varied of fields
technology is required to take from the steel bottles, since an exact dosage
is only possible with the help of complicated facilities .. There is a further disadvantage
in that steel bottles are transported back to the gas-generating points after they have been emptied
must be, which causes not inconsiderable freight costs. The disadvantage of
poor dosing option was eliminated by the for specific purposes
Use of miniature steel bottles. These miniature steel bottles were sealed
by a blind disc screwed on by means of a threaded cap or by a
small non-return valve. They were built into larger containers in which then
the blind disk is pierced from the outside by a mandrel or the non-return valve
was opened from the outside by a screw spindle. In all of these cases were
naturally these small bottles are relatively expensive to buy and in
The use of the return transport is charged with additional costs and freight.
The disadvantage of returning the empty steel bottles is to be had
sought to overcome the fact that instead of miniature steel bottles, ampoules were made from cheap
Materials (glass or thin sheet metal) used. When using these ampoules will be
shattered it inside another container or at least one envelope,
which excludes damage to the performer by splinters etc. The first
Execution takes place z. B. Application in fire extinguishers, with the expanding ampoule contents
to serve to throw the extinguishing liquid out through the jet pipe.
The second implementation is used e.g. B. for the gasification of rooms, with
the contents of the ampoule relax immediately to atmospheric tension.
in Reaktion treten soll.
Ampullen -in einem druckfesten. Behälter erfolgt, aus dem das Gas durch ein pip:;
Will man die Ausströmungsgeschwindigkeit
überflüssig machen, in- vollem Umfang vereinigt.
This mode of operation has the disadvantage that the entire contents of the ampoule
suddenly becomes free. If this is also in some cases, e.g. B. with gasification of
Clearance can be insignificant, so it is very disadvantageous in all cases where the
Time of exposure plays a role. This release is particularly desirable
of the entire contents of the ampoule, if the sulphurisation of wine is concerned,
that the released gas rises through a liquid and this with this
should react. In this case, the bubbles become too large for theirs
Reaction effect during the ascent could already be fully exploited.
According to the invention
all the shortcomings mentioned are eliminated by the destruction of the mentioned
Ampoules -in a pressure-resistant. Container is made from which the gas is piped :;

In beiliegender Zeichnung ist beispielsweise in Abb. i eine Ausführungsform
