HubelektromagnetLifting solenoid
Zusatz zum Patent 636517*)Addition to patent 636517 *)
ersichtlich. In the main patent, a hub electromagnet is placed under protection, in which
the arrangement of the Magnetsystfts and lifting linkage has been described. Present invention
relates to the arrangement of the transmission lever between the lifting system and the lifting rod. In the lever arrangements known up to now
are the same outside of the magnet housing as two-armed or one-armed Hebei
formed, wherein the magnet system engages on one side of the lever and on
on the other hand, the operating linkage for the brake is attached, a disadvantage that
is expressed when adjusting the transmission ratio by the fact that the distance
between the magnet housing and the brake actuation linkage changes what is an offset. of the magnet itself. Further
the magnet is encapsulated by a protective cover if it is installed outdoors,
not possible because of the freely protruding lever arm. By the invention
arranged leverage, these disadvantages are eliminated. This new arrangement is from the drawing
evident.
versehen. Two bearings ι and 2 are arranged on the cover of the magnet. At camp 1
a lever 3 is pivotably attached and articulated to the lifting rod 4 by means of a bracket 5
tied together. The lever 6 is rotatably connected to the bearing 2 via the joint 9 and is
actuated by means of the armature extension 19 passed through the cover. This Hebei
6 is provided with a thread 10 and is thus adjustable in length. The two
Levers 3 and 6 are articulated by means of screws 16. The holes 11, 12,
13, 14 and 15 in lever 3 are used for recording
the connecting screw 16. for the purpose of adjusting the transmission ratio.
The effect is as follows: If the lifting linkage is electrically influenced, the core 8 lifts the lever 6.
The same actuates the lever 3 and with this also the lifting rod 4. By moving it
the connecting screw 16 of the two levers 3 and 6 in the holes 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15
also changes the lifting rod 4 accordingly, depending on the setting of the connecting screw
its hub. This arrangement makes it possible to adjust the transmission ratio
a change of the position of the magnet is no longer necessary and the possibility
an encapsulation for installation in the open air given by the hood 17, such as
this is shown in the drawing. The protective hood 17 is provided with a cable lock
Mistake.
