Die Erfindung· betrifft eine photographische Kamera, deren Gehäuse eine Blitzlichteinrichtung' aufnimm t, wobei Kamera Verschluß und Blitzlichteinrichtung sowie gegebenenfalls eine elektrische Sucherlampe von einem gemeinsamen Bedienungshebel betätigt werden. Bei Kameras dieser Art war bisher der Nachteil gegeben, daß beim Auslösen der Blitzlichteinrichtung sich die Lichtentwicklung über das Objektiv ausbreitete, so· daß eine Aufnahme nicht möglich war. Außerdem kam es sehr oft vor, daß Teile des Blitzlichtmaterials als glühende Funken in den Wirkungsbereich des Objektivs fielen und dadurch ebenfalls die Aufnahme schädlich beeinflußten.
