Quarzsand oder ähnlicher feinkörniger Mahlkörper In dem Patent 61g 662 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Mahlen von Trockensubstanzen, Pasten u. dgl. mittels Quarzsandes oder ähnlicher feinkörniger Mahlhilfskörp:er beschrieben, die in der Hauptsache aus einem rohrähnlichen Behälter besteht, welcher derart zu Schwingungen erregt wird, daß die Schwingungsebene der zweckmäßigerweise kreis- oder ellipsenförmigen Bahnkurve senkrecht zu der liegenden Achse des Mahlbehälters steht.Device for grinding moist substances such as pastes and the like. Dies kann entweder dadurch geschehen, daß man die Außenflächen des Mahlbehälters beheizt, oder aber auch dadurch, daß man durch das Innere des Mahlbehälters im Gleich- oder Gegenstrom zum Trockengut heiße Gase, insbesondere heiße Luft, hindurchstreichen läßt. Mit Hilfe einer solchen Vorrichtung kann der Vermahlungs- und Trocknungsvorgang in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang ausgeführt werden. Es ist bereits bekannt, Rohrmühlen verschiedener Bauart als Mahltrockner zu betreiben, indem man durch ihr Inneres heiße Gase hindurchstreichen läßt oder indem man ihre Wandung von außen beheizt. Gegenüber diesen bekannten Vorrichtungen weist die hier beschriebene den Vorteil auf, daß infolge des hochtourigen Antriebes die Trocknungszeit erheblich herabgesetzt wird. Weiterhin. liegt eine konstruktive Vereinfachung insofern vor, als im Gegensatz etwa zu Drehrohren die Zu- und Ableitungen für die Heizgase nicht durch Stopfbüchsen, Labyrinthe oder sonstige Dichtungsvorrichtungen angeschlossen werden müssen; sondern daß man nachgiebige Rohrleitungen und Schläuche benutzen kann, die an die schwingenden Mahlbehälter unmittelbar angeschlossen sind.In a further embodiment of the invention it has now been found that this Device is particularly advantageous for drying moist substances, such as pastes and the like, if it is formed so that the inside the grinding container can be heated.
