Vorliegende Einrichtung bezweckt, die Flaggen vor Beschädigung zu schützen, und erleichtert bei Fahnen an senkrechten Stangen das Aufhissen derselben wesentlich.The present arrangement aims to protect the flags from damage and makes it easier in the case of flags on vertical poles, the raising of the same is essential.

Am unteren Theil der Fahnenstange befindet sich, leicht drehbar um dieselbe angeordnet, der Haken a, Fig. 1. Oben an der Fahnenstange ist ebenfalls leicht um dieselbe drehbar eine Rolle c angebracht, über welche die zum Aufhissen dienende Schnur b läuft. Diese ist einerseits bei d mit der Fahne verbunden, während ihr anderes Ende am Haken α befestigt werden kann. Die Fahne steht aufserdem mit einem Stab e in Verbindung, und zwar am zweckmäfsigsten in der aus Fig. 1 ersichtlichen Weise, wonach am unteren Saum der Fahne befestigte Karabinerhaken den Stab an seinen Oesen f fassen. Letzterer (welcher ungefähr Y₄ der Fahnenlänge hat) besitzt einen eisernen Bandreifen g, der aus zwei, mittelst Scharnieres verbundenen Theilen besteht, die mittelst des herausnehmbaren Stiftes h zusammengehalten werden.At the lower part of the flagpole, which can be easily rotated about it, is the hook a, Fig. 1. Die Rolle c, der Haken a, sowie die Schnur b bleiben dauernd an der Fahnenstange, das Aufhissen kann auf diese Weise ohne Mühe und zu jeder. Zeit erfolgen.
