Description

Fahrbarer, -in der Neigung verstellbarer Förderer, dessen zu hebendes Gewicht durch Federn o. dgl: ausgeglichen wird Bei der Hölhenverstellung für stetige Förderer wurden bisher Windwerke aller Art verwandt, die mit-diesen oder jenen Hebelanordnungen, Seilzügen usw. verbunden waren, um den Förderer in die gewünschte Höhenlage zu bringen. Hierbei mußte der überwiegende Teil des Gesamtgewichtes des Förderers durch eine von Hand oder motorisch zu leistende Kraft gehoben werden. Da bei den meisten Förderern die Höhenverstellung durch Handbetrieb erfolgt, war man bestrebt, diese Arbeit zu erleichtern; man hat deshalb das Gewicht der Träger durch eingebaute Federn mehr oder weniger auszugleichen versucht. Dieses ist bisher nur in beschränktem Maße möglich gwesen, da- mit dem Federweg die Spannkraft-,der Feder entweder zu- oder abnahm. Der Zweck der Erfindung besteht darin, durch eine mechanische Einrichtung das Kraftmoment der Feder oder eines Luftdruckzylinders o. dgl. stets dem jeweiligen Gewichtsmoment beim Heben des Förderers anzupassen. Hierdurch soll erreicht werden, daß das Windwerk zum Heben entbehrlich wird, da es in diesem Falle keines besonderen Kraftaufwandes, bedarf, den stetigen Förderer in die jeweilige Höhenlage zu bringen. Es sind hierzu lediglich diejenigen Kräfte aufzuwenden, die zur Überwindung der Reibungswiderstände dienen. - Es handelt sich also darum; .eine Hebelanordnung zu schaffen, die :sich dem Feder- bzw. dem Expansionsdiagramm eines Druckluftzylinders anpaßt. Zu diesem Zwecke greift die, Zugstange b (s. Abb. i und z) der Feder oder des Druckluftzylinders an den Hebel c an. Mit diesem Hebel c ist unter einem bestimmten Winkel der Hebel d verbunden, der an seinem unteren Ende die Rädere trägt. Damit das Kraftmoment dem Gewichtsmoment stets gleichbleibt, erhält der Hebel c zum Hebel .d eine bestimmte Winkelstellung. Bezeichnet man den Räderdruck mit p und die Zugkraft der Feder . mit z; so ist das Moment p # f stets gleich dem Moment z # lt (s. Abb. 2). Es kann hierbei der Hebel c durch Anschweißen von Nocken so ausgebildet werden, daß durch die Winkelstellung und die am Hebel c angeschweißten Nocken verschiedene theoretische Hebelarme in den einzelnen Stellungen auftreten, die aber so bemessen sind, daß das Moment p # f durch das Moment z # 1t stets aufgehoben wird, so daß beim Heben und Senken lediglich die Reibungswiderstände zu überwinden sind. Ein Handdruck des bedienenden Mannes reicht aus, um die jeweilig gewünschte Höhenlage einzustellen. Nach erfolgter Höheneinstellung muß diese selbstverständlich durch eine Feststellvorrichtung gesichert werden, bevor man mit der Förderung des Materials beginnt. Die Vorteile dieser Konstruktion bestehen darin, daß i. die Arbeit des Hochwindens wegfällt, z. die Höheneinstellung in kürzester Zeit vorgenommen werden kann. Weil jetzt das Heben und Senken keine besondere Arbeit mehr darstellt, wird man fahrbare Förderbänder nicht mehr, wie bisher, in Hochstellung verfahren, so daß die Gefahr des Umkippens wegfällt und Unfälle vermieden werden.Mobile, -in the incline adjustable conveyor, the weight to be lifted by springs o.
