Drehbarer Zahnwurzel;x_ mit Füllmittelbehälter Die. Erfindung betrifft
Rotatable tooth root; x_ with filler container Die. Invention relates
a rotatable tooth root filler with filler container and consists in that the
Receiving container for the filler as a wire basket made of three or more corrugated wires
of different lengths, the longest of which is at their connection point
also forms a guide tip for the root filler. Inside the wire basket
a conical or similar guide body is attached to the shaft of the root filler
connected with jacket notches to guide the wires.
On the drawings, the subject of the invention is shown in Figs. I to
5 is illustrated diagrammatically and, for example, on a partially greatly enlarged scale.
According to the example chosen , three wires b are attached to a guide rod a, which are expediently corrugated in a spiral shape and bulged over part of their length. The wires have different lengths and are firmly connected to each other at c by crimping, soldering or the like, in such a way that the longest one beyond the connection point c forms a guide tip d for the root filler. This allows the instrument to be adapted to its anatomical shape when it is introduced into the root canal. In order that the bulging of the wires b is maintained under all circumstances, as shown in Figs. 3 and q. it can be seen, in the hollow spaces of the wire basket created by the bulges of the wires b, a cone g or the like provided with guide grooves f for the wires b; the z. B. with the help of an embedded wire k is firmly connected to the guide rod a, whereby it is held in its position once taken. The cone g or the like is expediently made of smooth material such as glass, hard rubber. Metal or the like, and tapers at 1.
gebrauchsfertig bleibt. The cavities formed by the bulged wires b are used for
Inclusion of the root filling material, which is due to the natural adhesion in
Drop shape embedded in the cavities. After introducing the instrument in the
Root canal loosens when the wires come into contact with the root canal walls
Cavity e from the retained filling material is automatically thrown out of the cavity e
and as it rotates through the corrugation of the wires in a known manner into the root canal
promoted to the top. With the root filler according to the invention so can
Root fillings of all kinds, be it in paste or liquid form, the tooth root canal
fed, deposited there and transported to the tip of the root. By
the solid union of the wires b at c and through the one embedded in the cavity e
Body in the shape of a cone, double cone or the like for maintenance
The instrument reaches the bulging of the wires b despite bending and the like
its handling always returns to its original form, so that it always
remains ready to use.
The instrument according to the invention can in terms of the nature of his
Experience making changes; z. B. can be the number of wires or the shape
their bulges as well as the means of maintaining the bulging of the wires
can be changed without deviating from the inventive concept.
