Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Aus- und Umschalter, bei denen das Traggerüst aus mit Isolierabdeckung vei'sehenen Flächstäben und den Lagern für die zentral angeordnete Exzenterwelle besteht und durch paarweise Anordnung der Schaltelemente zu seinen Seiten mechanisch !entlastet ist. Nun sind zwar schon derartige Schalter vorgeschlagen worden, bei denen die festen Kontakte, die die Form von Kontaktschienen haben, mittelsi * Laschen und Spannschrauben über zwischenliegende dünne Isolierschichten gegen die Lagerkörper gepreßt werfen. Diese Ausführung, hat aber den Nachteil, daß die Lager für die zentral angeordnete Exzenterwelle! mit den Flachschienen, zu deren Seiten die festen Klontakte angeordnet sind, nicht starr verbunden sind. Vielmehr sind diese Teile nur durch Reibung zusarnrnengehalten, die infolge der Anpressung der stromführenden Kontaktschienen auftritt.
