Description

Wall or ceiling made of welded panels with a steel profile frame and from a filling made of plastered insulating material, which is enclosed by these frames The invention relates to a wall or ceiling which are welded together Plates with a steel profile frame and infill filled with them plastered insulating material, e.g. B. cemented fiber, there is. The connection of such Plates with each other were previously done with the help of screws, rivets or the like.

The invention creates the possibility of factory-plastered panels When making walls and ceilings, they must be welded to one another in such a way that they meet at the joints no subsequent repair of the plaster is necessary. Own for this purpose the frame profile bars reaching into the insulating material filling over the wall surface the filling protruding edge strips which are bent inwardly so that between two edge strips a V-shaped groove is formed in which the weld seam is housed is. By covering the edge strips and the weld seam with a * clamping Sheet metal rail and filling of the formed between the strips and the sheet metal rail Cavity with insulating compound is. the penetration of cold or heat through the Wall prevented. The edge strips also prevent scratching and destruction of the plastering during transport, since the. Plaster is hollow and so from damage is protected. In. That between the edge strip and the weld seam can be advantageous formed cavity lines of any kind can be accommodated.

Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing shown. Fig. I shows a cross section through a wall that Tig.2 one Cross-section through a ceiling, Fig. 3 a detail on a larger scale.

The building panels of the wall shown in Fig. I consist of one Steel profile frame i and a filling made of cemented fiber or the like 2, which is factory-plastered outside and inside. The profile bars we: i: -sen one inwardly turned bulge, which extends almost to the entire height , and are higher than the wall thickness of the filling including the covering, so that Edge strips 3 protrude beyond the wall thickness of the filling. As can be seen from Fig. 3, the strips are so bent outwards that they are lined up at the joint Plates a V-shaped groove is created, which a weld q., Means; which the Frame sides are connected, takes up. The weld seam can be relatively wide are made "and results in a very strong and permanent connection. Because the groove is above the plaster, there is no risk that the plaster due to the heat tangled damaged when welding the rods. 5 are resilient semicircular. Sheet metal rails with inwardly bent edges 5a, which when placed on the strips 3 fall behind the edges of the same. The rails 5 are made from approximately x / 2 mm thick iron or brass sheet and without the use of tools pressed on the strips 3. The application of the rails is therefore very quick. Since the wall thickness is very thin, the rails can be slightly different at the ends overlap so that precise cutting of the lengths is not necessary. the Before the rails are put in place, strips 3 are covered with foam concrete, foam asphalt, Slag wool or the like. Insulating material 8 enveloped in order to prevent the cold from penetrating and thus to prevent the formation of dew on the iron parts. In from the strips 3 and the rails 5 limited channels are wires of electrical lines, Line pipes and the like accommodated. In this way the laying becomes such Lines are considerably simplified.

In the middle part of the frame profile has steps 6 and 7, so that the frame, as can be seen in FIG. 1, directly, as window or door frames Can be used.

In the case of building panels for ceilings according to Fig. 2. the protruding sidebar of the profile bars arranged only on the underside.
