Description
Verfahren zur Feinstbelüftung von Diaphragmen-Gärbottichen Im Patent 594 671 ist ein Verfahren zur Feinstbelüftung von Diaphragmen-Gärbottichen beschrieben, welches sich zusammengesetzter Diaphraginenböden bedient. Statt dessen können auch Rohre mit einem metallischen Innenstab verwendet werden, auf welchem in bestimmten Abständen kreisförmige Rohrstützen angeordnet sind. Über diese Rohrstützen werden dann Rohrstücke mit im Querschnitt verschiedenen Porenweiten gezogen, wobei die inneren Poren der Rohrstücke einen größeren Durchmesser als die mittleren und diese einen größeren Durchmesser als die Poren der äußeren Diaphragmenschicht besitzen. Dadurch ist es möglich, Belüftungsrohre in großer Stärke und großem Durchmesser auszuführen und so ihre Oberflache und den Belüftungseffekt zu erhöhen, weiterhin den Widerstand gegen den Luft-oder Gasdurchgang herabzusetzen, wobei noch der Vorteil erreicht ist, daß die ganze innere Oberfläche des Rohres für den Luftzutritt frei bleibt.Method for the finest ventilation of diaphragm fermentation vats In the patent 594 671 a method for the finest aeration of diaphragm fermentation vats is described, which uses composite diaphragm bottoms.
