Unter Verwendung dieser Klebemittel verleimte Gegenstände aus gehärtetem Casein lassen sich ohne jegliche Schwierigkeiten bearbeiten, z. B. sägen, schleifen, fräsen, drehen usw. Außerdem ist die Verleimung gegen heißes Wasser weitgehend beständig. Erforderlichenfalls kann man den Klebemitteln je nach Bedarf noch Farbstoffe, Füllstoffe, Weichmachungsmittel, Netzmittel, Härtemittel u. dgl. zusetzen. An Stelle von Harnstoff kann man auch Thioh.arnstoff bzw.
