Ccntinusrlich arbeitende Kegelpresse zum Auspressen flüssigkeithaltender Körper. Cntinusally working cone press for pressing out liquid-holding bodies.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 25. September 1878 ab.Patented in the German Empire on September 25, 1878.
This press essentially consists of two identical pressing disks A and A x with a conical surface (acfb or a x C x / t I) 1 ), which slowly revolve around two stationary,. Turn the strong hollow axes B and B x, which are slightly inclined towards each other. As a result of this inclination s 0 S x of the axes, Fig. 2, the distance between the disk surfaces at the top at Q 1 Fig. 2 is greater than at the bottom at Q x , which means that the cross-section α a x C x c at Q is correspondingly larger, as b 1> \ f \ f at <2i. The maximum cross-section Q lies in the plane χ y diagonally above the cone axes, Q x as the minimum cross-section below the axes in the same plane, Q opposite. From Q , the cross-sections between the press washers steadily decrease on both sides until they reach their minimum in Q x .
The pressing disks are provided with cast holes, their opposing surfaces are channeled and covered with sieve plate. They are enclosed by a housing consisting of two symmetrical parts C and C x screwed together, to which the axes B and B x are cast in the middle, which is above Q, Figs. 1 and 2, from g to h, where the inlet the substance to be pressed takes place, and to the right of Q 1 , Fig. 1, from / to k, where the squeezed mass emerges, is open.
Are between the Prefsplatten, firmly connected to the housing and up to the axes B respectively. B x reaching, two solid walls υ and w attached. The first prevents the mass to be pressed from falling back to the right, Fig. I, the second serves as a scraper for the mass that has been priced out.
If liquid-containing bodies are now continuously fed into the press through the slot provided with a funnel Ji and the pressing disks A and A x are slowly rotated by the double gear train K and K 1 in the direction indicated by the arrow E , those at the widest point at Q masses that got between the pressing disks are carried around by the friction disks and gradually move from Q via E to Q x , that is, to the narrowest point between the disks, and are priced out during this path under a pressure corresponding to the steady decrease in cross section; as soon as they have passed Q x , this pressure ceases, since from here the surfaces of the discs move away from each other again; the squeezed mass is pushed on by the following one and, by reaching the inclined scraper w , pushed laterally out of the opening ck in the housing by the same in the direction of arrow D. The squeezed liquid passes through the sieve and the holes in the pressure disks, flows down the rear wall of the same, and collects in the lower part of the housing, where it flows off through the tube η .
To absorb the pressure that is generated during the pressing process, which drives the disks A and A x apart, there are three strong screw bolts /, which go through the axes B and B x , and which hold the housing together, and, on the other hand, three pressure rollers m and on each side of the housing Vi x , FIGS. 3 and 4, on which the gear rims / and p x roll, which are cast on the outside of the pressing disks.
