Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bauplatten aus Faserstoffen Es sind Verfahren bekannt zur Herstellung von Bauplatten, bei welchen vegetabilische Fasern, insbesondere Holzfasern, in Wasser geformt, verfilzt und getrocknet werden. Es ist auch bekannt, dem Faserbrei wasserfestmachende Substanzen, insbesondere Bitumen, und zwar zweckmäßig in wäßriger Emulsion, zuzusetzen und diese Substanzen auf die Faseroberfläche niederzuschlagen. Das Verfahren. hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß die bituminösen Substanzen eine große Klebwirkung haben, so daß die Herstellungsmaschinen verschmutzt werden. Ferner haben die bituminösen Substanzen, welche auf der Oberfläche der Platte liegen; den Nachteil, daß sie das Auftragen von Putz sowie von Ölfarben nicht zulassen, da die Haftfähigkeit zwischen dem Bitumen und dem Putz bzw. der Ölfarbe zu gering ist. Es ist bekannt, diesem Nachteil dadurch zu begegnen, daß man die Platten in mehreren Lagen herstellt, welche auf mehreren. Rundsieben einzeln abgeformt und aufeinandergebracht werden. Diese Verfahren haben den Nachteil, daß sie mehrere Formmaschinen zur Herstellung benötigen und getrennte Vorbereitungsapparaturen für die Herstellung der verschieden gearteten Materialien.
