Hot water syringe for pressurized water connection, in particular for dental use
Purposes The invention relates to its hot water syringe for pressurized water connection, in particular
for dental purposes, with heated water tank and lockable hose line
to the syringe mouthpiece.
Such syringes are already known, but they have the following
Defects. In the known syringes, the water only circulates in the hose line
to the syringe mouthpiece when the syringe is open for use. When not in use
the syringe therefore cools the water in the hose line, so that always
First a part of the water has to be sprayed off before usable warm water
comes. This drawback is eliminated in the syringe according to the invention by
that the warm water to the syringe mouthpiece even when the hose line is shut off
in a sheath of the hose line by .a piston pump continuously in the circuit
is obtained, so that blood-warm water always flows past the syringe mouthpiece
and when it is opened it exits.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the new syringe is for example
shown schematically in section.
Wasserleitungsdruck stehenden Behälter i durch außenliegenden Heizwiderstand 13
i dort nicht austreten.
zum Behälter i gedrückt.
In the case of the syringe according to the invention, the water in a container i which is under water line pressure is heated by an external heating resistor 13. The automatic switch i q. the electricity is switched off when the water has reached a certain temperature, around 50 °. The hot water tank .i and the syringe mouthpiece 7 are connected by two tubes 5 and 6, one inside the other. The arrangement of the hoses is made because two n @ eb @ hoses lying next to each other have more heat loss and are also more cumbersome. As long as the syringe mouthpiece 7 is closed by the shut-off means 9, the warm water from container i cannot escape there. The tap water pressure therefore drives the water into the cylinder 3, thereby pushing back the piston io. The valve 17 in line 18 is open when the two pistons io and ii, which are rigidly connected to one another by a piston rod, assume their highest position in the cylinders 3 and 19, as shown in the drawing. The water flowing into the cylinder 3 pushes the piston io and thus also the piston ii back until the valve control rod 2o, which interacts with the piston rod, closes the outlet valve 17 and opens the inlet valve 15. Water now flows through valve 15 through line 16, which is connected to the water line, into cylinder 19 and pushes piston ii, which has an area 300/0 larger than piston i o, forward. This process also moves the piston io forward and the warm water in the cylinder 3 is pressed out. However, the warm water cannot go back into the container i because the check valve 2 blocks this path. ,It must. through the check valve q. 5. When the pistons in hose io and ii its highest position are positioned again is closed by the valve control rod, the valve 1 5 and the valve is opened 17th Now water can again flow through the check valve z into the cylinder 3, whereby pistons io and i i are pressed downwards. This process repeats itself over and over again. The warm water will reach the opening i-- in hose 5 @ and will be pressed back to the container i with each piston stroke. There is therefore a continuous circulation of the water from the container i through hose 5 and 6 back to the container i. The check valve q. is provided so that there is no return of the water from the hose 5 to fill the cylinder 3. If the shut-off means 9 on the syringe mouthpiece 7 is now opened, warm water of a constant temperature is always to be taken. The non-return valve 8 is attached in order to prevent that when the shut-off means 9 is opened on the syringe mouthpiece 7, cooled water from the hose 6 does not escape from the syringe. As an explanation it is mentioned that as a rule a quantity of about 10 cbcm of water is sprayed at once.
