Description

Verfahren zum Auswalzen von Rohren im Pilgerschrittwalzwerk Die Erfindung besteht in dem Gedanken, beim Pilgern das Werkstück nach jedem Pilgerschlag um so viel zu drehen, daß die entstehenden Verdickungen nicht in der im Drehsinn folgenden Arbeitszone, sondern erst in der übernächsten oder einer der folgenden Arbeitszonen ausgewalzt werden. Auf diese Weise werden Schwierigkeiten beim Anpilgern vermieden; denn infolge der kleinen Drehwinkel beim Anpilgern kann leicht ein selbsttätiges Zurückdrehen des Werkstückes erfolgen. Insbesondere bei einem Kaliber mit Sprung-, Öffnungs- und Arbeitszonen, wo mit noch geringeren Drehungen des Werkstücks zwischen zwei Pilgerschlägen gearbeitet wird, besteht diese Gefahr. Es sollen dann die verdickten Rohrteile, welche beim ersten Pilgerschlag in seiner Sprung- oder öffnungszone lagen, beim zweiten Pilgerschlag nicht in der nächsten Arbeitsnone ausgewalzt werden, sondern erst in der übernächsten oder einer der folgenden Arbeits-oder Druckzonen. Ist beispielsweise bei Anwendung von vier Arbeitszonen ein normaler Sperrwinkel von 45° vorgesehen, so ist beiAnwendung der Erfindung ein Sperrwinkel von 45 plus 9o° = 135' oder 45 plus 18o'= 225' vorgesehen. Man erhält dann für den Fall, daß beim Anpilgern nur 1/5 des normalen Hubes erreicht wird, beim Vierzonenkaliber eine tatsächlich wirkende Drehung von 27°.
