Description

Das Zigarettenpapier wird oft in Gestalt von Heften in den Verkehr gebracht, die eine größere Anzahl von solchen Blättern enthalten, welche mit ihren Rändern wie in einem Schreibheft bündig verlaufen. Beim Abheben des obersten Blattes aus einem solchen Heft läßt sich oft nicht verhindern, daß auch das benachbarte oder die benachbarten Blätter mit abgehoben werden. Diese müssen, sodann in das Heft wieder lose eingelegt werden und sind dabei Beschädigungen ausgesetzt. Bekannt ist es auch, die Blätter aneinanderhängend oder ineinandergefaltet zu einer Rolle zusammenzurollen. Beim Abnehmen einzelner Blätter aus einer solchen Rolle können die Blätter aber leicht beschädigt werden. Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, ist erfrndungsgemäß die Zigarettenpapierpackung in der Weise gebildet, daß die Blätter ungefaltet und einander lose überlappend in ein Band oder anderem dünnen Stoff eingerollt sind. Vorzugsweise werden die beiden Ränder des Papierbandes zu einer Wulst zusammengerollt, um den Stapel der Blätter auf beiden Seiten einzufassen. Da das Papierband entsprechend dem Verbrauch an Blättern nach und nach abgerissen wird, damit der Zugang zu den Blättern erhalten bleibt, so kann zwecks Erleichterung des Abreißens das Papierband in bestimmten Abständen mit Perforierungen versehen sein.
