It is known to use tube lamps with the help of, To attach plugs that convey the power supply and attached to insulating caps that are pushed onto the socket sleeves at both ends of the tube lamps. To achieve protection against accidental contact, a contact spring was installed in the base of the socket provided, which is pressed into the current-short position by the plug and an auxiliary line, which forms the power supply for the other end of the lamp, with the connecting line connects. This known arrangement has the defect that the contact spring Pushes back connector. This interrupts the current at the contact and the cap is tilted so that there is a risk of contact with the lamp sleeve. The present invention is based on the object of the cap on the socket base to be fixed in such a way that a misalignment is prevented. This can be through two different Means are achieved that can be used individually, but also together at the same time. One means is that this is caused by the counterpressure of the contact spring Misalignment of the cap is prevented by an abutment against which the rear The end face of the cap. This is advantageously equipped with a rib with which '35 can support the cap firmly against the abutment so that the cap does not tilt can occur. The other means of achieving the same effect is by am Base of the cap attached hinged bracket, which in its gripping position around the cap Absorbs counter pressure of the contact spring on the connector pin. With horizontal mounting In most cases, the arrangement of the abutment for the removable tube lamp is sufficient Cap because of the gravity of the tube lamp the seat of the with the help of the plug on the base attached cap supports. If both agents are used together at the same time, the cap will stick even with the greatest vibration and in any mounting position the cap base and the tube lamp guaranteed.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing in some basic forms, for example. Fig. Ι to 3 represent the version with a removable single cap, namely shows FIG. 1 shows an axial section, FIG. 2 shows an end view of Fig. 1 of. right and FIG. 3 is a plan view. Fig. 4 illustrates a double socket in the same design in axial section, one cap being shown in the removed position. Fig. 5 also represents represents a double socket, with only one cap being removable while the other Cap is firmly connected to the base. Fig. 6 shows a tube lamp in connection with a socket with a removable cap at one end of the tube and with a fixed one Cap on the other end of the tube.
Der aus Isoliermaterial bestehende Kappenkörper 3In Fig. 1 to 3, 1 is the base body and 2 denotes the cap body. The cap body 3 made of insulating material
Ferner wird die Kappe beim Niederdrücken in Achsenrichtung der Röhrenlampe gedrückt.has the shape of a hollow cylinder, the inner diameter of which corresponds to the base of the tube lamp is adjusted. On the jacket of the cap body 2, a pin 3 is attached, the fastening screw erne contact spring 4 holds, which mediates the power line from the plug to the lamp base. The surface of the base body has a trough 29 adapted to the rounding of the cap body, around which To secure the position of the attached cap. On the edge of the Base body 1 has a fixed attachment 12, which is the abutment for the rear face 13 of the cap body 2 releases. This end wall with a rib 14 is advantageous provided whose surface facing the cap extends with a wedge-shaped suit. Accordingly the contact surface of the abutment 12 is also formed. When the cap 2 ao is placed on the base 1, meets the bevel of the rib 14 against the bevel of the abutment 12. This causes the Cap 2 due to the counter-pressure of the contact spring 9 on the connector pin 3 not to the rear Can be tilted back, because the resulting pressure is absorbed by the abutment will. Furthermore, when the cap is pressed down, it becomes in the axial direction of the tube lamp pressed.
A bracket 15 engaging around the cap body 2 is attached to the base body. which can be folded back (Fig. 4). The pivot point of the bracket is advantageously located 15 in the vertical axis direction of the connector pin 3, so that it is in the applied state a pressure of the contact spring 9 against the pin 3 directly absorbs. To that To facilitate folding back the bracket 15, the upper part of the cap body 2 is somewhat rounded, as indicated at 16. To avoid that the bracket 15 against the lamp can be folded, with unintentional contact with the lamp base could, a stop 17 on the cap 2 prevents further movement of the The bracket in the direction of the lamp beyond the holding position.
Fig. 4 shows a double version, in which two simple versions according to FIG. 1 back Back to be attached to a common base body i °. The abutment 18 for the cap body 2 arranged back to back has a bevel on both sides, against which the rib 14 of each cap body 2 rests.
In the double version according to FIG. 5, the arrangement of the removable cap corresponds to that of the single version according to FIG. 1. The second cap 22 is firmly screwed onto the base body x b of this double socket with the aid of the screws 19 and 20. The abutment for the rib 14 of the removable cap 2 is formed in this embodiment by an inclined rib 23 on the rear side of the fixed cap 22. Under certain circumstances, the fixed 6g cap 22 can be made in one piece with the base body i b of the socket.
In the arrangement shown in Fig. 6, at one end of the tube lamp 25 is a socket has been used with a fixed cap 22 as shown in FIG. 5 and at the other end one Socket with a removable cap 2, corresponding to FIGS. 1 to 3.
Erst in diesem Zustande berühren die Lampensockel die Kontaktfedern 4 in den Kappen, und der Steckerstift 3 schaltet die Kontaktfeder 9 im Sockelkörper 1 um.When the tube lamp 25 is inserted into its sockets, the loose cap 2 is initially on to plug one (left) end 27 of the lamp. Thereupon the base 28 is at the other end of the Push the lamp into the fixed cap 22 when the lamp 25 is inclined to a certain extent. Then the loose cap 2 with its plug 3 is to be pressed into its base, the The caps slide themselves onto the lamp base by sliding the »sloping surfaces on the rib 14 and in the abutment 12 to one another. Only touch in this state the lamp base, the contact springs 4 in the caps, and the plug pin 3 switches the Contact spring 9 in the base body 1 to.
