Abstract

The device or relay has an armature (1) made of ferromagnetic material and comprising a closed magnetic circuit. The closed magnetic circuit is driven by magnetic field generated by coils (6) in a direction opposite to the magnetic field created by a permanent magnet (2) on a portion of the circuit. The circuit has two shunts (7, 8) or plug zones saturated by the magnetic flux of the magnet. The shunts or plug zones are arranged between the coils and a zone having a U-shaped movable vane (3) and an air gap. The air gap is defined by the vane and the armature.
