Abstract

A carton packing is configured with a tightly-fitting closing field, which can be torn open, in under a flap cover for re-closing of the opened packing. The closing field is hinged to the same opening edge as the flap cover, and can be torn open along its three remaining edges. The flap cover is configured with a closing tag for snap-locking with a closing edge on a front side field, which is left remaining on the front with the tearing-up of the closing field, and the same closing tag is also suitable for entering into locking engagement with the torn-up closing field, so that this will thereafter form an inside covering on the flap cover. In the initial opening of the carton, the user does not have to dispose of the torn-up closing field and, moreover, the closing field will appear as a security closure as it will be deformed in a permanent manner already with the initial opening.
