Abstract

The time correction method has a microcomputer (11) which stores the measured time interval of an interruption in the normal operating voltage, allowing accelerated correction of the time after the normal operating voltage is restored by multiplying the frequency of the indexing pulses for the clock by a given factor. The stored interruption time interval held in the microprocessor is indexed backwards during the accelerated time correction, with the normal indexing frequency restored when the zero value is reached.
