Abstract
The pump body (1) has an overflow channel (7) set in it. Liquids can flow from one side of the plunger piston (2) to the other one via the overflow. The external diameter of the piston is approx. the same as the internal diameter of the hollow-cylindrical inner chamber (8). Due to this, the piston is tightly enclosed by the pump body outside the overflow. A two-part magnetisable core (12A,B) and the coil (3) may form an electric magnet (6). The two core parts may be kept at a distance by a non-magnetisable distance disc (13), and may at least partially enclose the pump body.
