Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gymnastik- und Sportgerät für ruderähnliche Körperbewegungen mit einer als Zugbandwickeltrommel ausgebildeten kraftverbrauchenden Vorrichtung.
Die bekannten derartigen Einrichtungen haben den Nachteil, daß nach der Abwicklung des Bandes der Turnende mit der neuen Ruderbewegung so lange warten muß, bis das Band wieder vollkommen auf die Trommel aufgewickelt ist, so daß die Schnelligkeit, mit der die einzelnen Ruderbewegungen hintereinander ausgeführt wurden, nicht unabhängig von der Vorrichtung gesteigert werden konnte.The invention relates to a gymnastics and sports device for oar-like body movements with a power-consuming device designed as a drawstring winding drum.

Diese Einrichtung hat den ferneren Vorteil, daß trotz schneller Bewegungsmöglichkeit der Turnende während der Rückbewegung vollkommen entlastet ist.
Vorteilhaft sind der Erfindung gemäß zwei Zugbänder in entgegengesetzten Richtungen auf der Zugbandwickeltrommel aufgewickelt, so daß sich das eine Band abwickelt, während das andere Band aufgewickelt wird, und umgekehrt. Hierdurch erübrigt sich bei diesen Zugbandwickeltrommeln die Anwendung von Federn, welche den Kraftverbrauch ungleichmäßig beeinflussen und die Herstellung verteuern.
