Abstract

A device (2) for suspending especially elongate objects (8) in a vertical position has two horizontally opposite holders between which extends an insertion slot (37) for at least one object (8) to be suspended. At least one of said holders takes the form of a holding arm (6a or 6b) extending obliquely upward towards the other holder acting as a counter-support. At least the upper end region of the holding arm (6a or 6b) is laterally adjustable and elastically forced towards the other holder.
