Device for heating circulating air in the upper part of long-life burners
There are long-burning stoves known in which circulating air is heated, either
flows into the same room or can be discharged into other rooms through pipes
can.
The invention differs from known devices of these
Kind mainly by the fact that the pipes leading the circulating air with a
vertical flame tube are made in one casting.

The combustion chamber a is covered with a fire plate b. A centrally located, vertical flame tube c, which is open at the bottom, opens into the fire plate. At the top, the flame tube is closed by the cover plate c serving as the base plate of an end cornice d. Around the flame tube c, four co-rotating air tubes f with a semicircular cross-section are arranged. The air pipes f are connected at the bottom by two and two with horizontal air supply ducts g, which run above the fire plate b. At the top, the air tubes f are open through holes h in the cover plate e to the interior of the end cornice d. Between the air tubes f, the flame tube c is provided with four outlets i just below the cover plate e. The end sill d has three flaps j through which the hot air can flow out directly into the room. Furthermore, a closable opening k is provided, which is used to connect a discharge pipe.
h in den Abschlußsixns .d.The flame strikes in the flame tube c, which is at the same time the inner walls
the air pipe f forms, upwards and passes through the outlets i into the room
between the outer walls of the air pipes f and the furnace shell. There goes the flame
stroking the outer walls of the air ducts f down, is through the plate
a three-. pressed forward with the foot l and passes under the tripod
the chimney socket m. The circulating air comes from the air supply ducts g
into the air duct f, where it is quickly heated. From there it rises through the holes
h in the final sixns .d.
