Description
Verfahren zur Vorbehandlung elektrisch zu reinigender heißer Gase Heiße Gase, insbesondere Hochofengase, lassen sich in elektrischen Gasreinigern häufig deshalb nur schwer behandeln, weil sie infolge,ihres Ursprungs sogenannte parasitäre Ladungen besitzen, welche die Leitfähigkeit der Gase sehr stärk herabsetzen. Um diese unerwünschte Ionisation der zu reinigenden Gase zu beseitigen, hat man u. a. vorgeschlagen, die Gase bis unter den Taupunkt abzukühlen, um sie dadurch zu entionisieren. Darauf werden die Gase, ohne daß eine Wiederionisation eintreten kann, auf indirektem Wege so weit erwärmt, daß sie für die Behandlung in dem elektrischen Gasreiniger genügend trocken sind. Versuche haben gezeigt, daß in den meisten Fällen eine Abkühlung bis in die Nähe des Taupunkts unter Erhaltung der latenten Verdampfungswärmevollkommen ausreichend ist, um eine genügende Entionisation. derselben zu erzielen. Zur Wiedererwärmung des abgekühlten Gasstromes genügt es dann auch, einen verhältnismäßig geringen Teil des heißen Rohgasstromes hinzuzumischen, ohne daß dadurch eine Wiederionisation zu befürchten wäre.
