Insbesondere besteht
In the case of electromagnetic releases, relays or the like, a very specific one is often used
Course of the tensile force depending on the anchor path required. In particular, there is
the task of creating the tensile force curves when the magnet is excited with alternating current and with direct current, which are known to differ from each other
differ, to bring them into agreement. According to the invention, these requirements
fulfilled by the fact that in a normally used in triggers or relays
Electromagnet with pivoted nose armature, the pivot point of the armature can be changed
is. It is known per se to have an electromagnet with one on its
End of rotatably mounted armature, which is designed as a one-armed lever, the pivot point
of the armature to regulate the 'resistance of the magnetic circuit. Here
there is also a certain influence on the tractive force characteristics, but that
is not intended and is also very different from changing the pivot point
a nasal anchor. In the latter case, the
Anchor apart from the overlap also the distance between anchor nose and magnet, if.
the pivot point of the anchor does not coincide with the center of the circle, according to
which the surface of the anchor nose facing the magnet is designed. If there is a change
the pivot point of an armature designed as a simple lever, on the other hand, is the change
of the air gap between armature and magnet at the opening point is the same in all cases when the armature is around his
The pivot point is moved and, if there is a curvature, the surfaces of the armature and magnet opposite at the pivot point, which are concentric
to the axis of rotation, the adjustable air gap located here is its size and
Shape does not change.
dargestellt.1 to 5 are exemplary embodiments of the invention for a trip magnet
shown.
denotes, 12 is the armature rotatably attached to the magnet, which has a nose 13
owns, the right leg of the magnet 10 is formed above the nose 13 accordingly,
there is a small air gap between the nose and thigh. According to Fig. Ι armature and magnet have two holes
14 and 15. If the pivot of the armature is inserted into the hole 14, it falls
the pivot point of the anchor roughly coincides with the center of the circle, according to
which the surface of the nose 13 lying on the right magnet leg is designed. The consequence
of which is that when turning the armature only the overlap between the circular arc-shaped
Area of the nose 13 and the same area of the right magnet leg changed
but not the distance between the two (Fig. 2). Then there is the self-induction
changes evenly with the armature travel, the tensile force curve, ve over, is here, for example, in the case of direct current excitation
(Fig. 3).
damit die Selbstinduktion in einem anderenthe armature travel is constant except for the deviations caused by scattering of the magnetic flux
be evoked. Becomes the pivot of the anchor 12 in the bore
15 is repositioned, the nose 13 is lifted from the magnet 10 when the armature is rotated
(Fig. 3). In addition to the overlap, the distance between the nose and the magnet and
thus the self-induction in another
ίο Verhältnis als der Ankerweg geändert, so daß
der Verlauf der Zugkraftkurve ein· anderer ist.ίο ratio as the anchor way changed so that
the course of the tensile force curve is different.
In Fig. 4 and 5, the mounting of the anchor is made so that the anchor pivot point
can be brought to any location within a certain area. Of the
Anchor is by means of hinged tabs 16 and 17 on both sides
attached to the left magnet leg. The brackets have elongated holes 18 and 19,
through the screw bolts 20 and 21 seated in the armature and magnet leg,
and by means of the nuts 22 and 23 seated on the bolts in the
fixed by the chosen pivot point of the anchor specific position.
In both cases, the armature and magnet have one another at the bearing point
Distance from each other moving surfaces, so that the air gap at the bearing point remains constant.
