Der Zweck dieser Vorrichtung ist, Wasserleitungen in der denkbar einfachsten und zuverlässigsten Art von einer beliebigen Stelle aus zu schliefsen und zu entleeren, um bei kalter Jahreszeit das Einfrieren zu verhüten.
