519 755), z. B. bei Milzbrand, ist es bekannt, den Impfstoff intrakutan mit
einer Kanüle in die Haut einzuspritzen. Bei unruhigen Tieren, z. B. solchen, die
frei auf der Weide leben, ist diese Methode nicht anwendbar. Schwierigkeiten bietet
auch ihre Anwendung bei der Behandlung behaarter Tiere. Es besteht daher ein Bedürfnis,
die Vorteile der Hautimpfung durch Anwendung einer anderen Technik auch für unruhige

Schneide in der Art eingebaut, daß es nicht schneidend, sondern nur schabend wirken
kann. Entgegen den üblichen Rasierapparaten ist das Messer frei liegend eingebaut,
um zu verhindern, daß es durch die groben Haare der zu behandelnden Tiere verstopft
wird. Der Einbau in den: Rundhobel bewirkt, daß das Messer nur unter einem gewissen
Winkel angesetzt werden kann, wodurch eine rein schneidende Wirkung vermieden wird,
vielmehr nur die Haare und oberflächigen Schich. ten der Hautentfernt werden, sö
