Extraction steam turbine with two controlled extraction points The object
The invention relates to extraction steam turbines with two controlled extraction points,
in which a high-pressure part is followed by two or more low-pressure parts
and consists in regulating the low-pressure part, which is designed as a back pressure turbine
a turbine under the influence of a power regulator from the pressure of the heating steam
behind this turbine part and the control of the other low-pressure part or the
remaining low pressure parts, either as back pressure turbines or condensation turbines
can be built, depending on the prevailing behind the high pressure part
Extraction steam pressure. The purpose of the invention is to better regulate the turbine
to allow for fluctuating withdrawal quantities.
a die erfindungsgemäße Schaltung. Abb. 3 veranschaulicht eine einfache Entnahmeturbine. In the drawing, Fig. I show the previously common and dependencies.
a the circuit according to the invention. Fig. 3 illustrates a simple extraction turbine.
In Fig. I I means the high pressure part, II the medium pressure part and
III the low pressure part of an extraction turbine. IV is the capacitor. It is you
Main steam valve, V $ and 1s the control valves controlled according to the withdrawals.
If, for example, there is a fluctuation in the steam consumption G1, the same is expressed
in the change in pressure p1. The latter causes an adjustment of the pressure
p1 controlled valve V, which in turn changes the pressure p2 to. Consequence.
By changing the pressure p2, however, valve Tos is adjusted, so that the condensation space
IV more or less steam is supplied. This leads to a change in the speed,
which has the consequence that the controller R of the fresh steam valve V1 is in the correct position
must bring. Control takes place in a similar way when the steam consumption "
G2 changes because this changes the pressure p2 and affects that of this
Pressure influenced valve V, affects. With the change of the regulated by valve h
However, the condensation damping quantity depends on the performance of the low-pressure part III,
which is why the controller R will adjust the main steam valve hl, with which in further
Consequence an adjustment of V, must occur, in the sense of equality
of the pressure p, A similar process occurs if the withdrawal amount remains the same
performance fluctuates. It appears
so that any change
at one of the tapping points or in the performance, the entire machine is out of equilibrium
brings, because too many control organs working one after the other
Valve Vi is influenced too late. This fact is the real reason why
'That such turbines cannot be regulated satisfactorily. Well you can get through
entangled linkage fluctuations in pressures p1 or p = not only on the valves
v2 or Vs, but at the same time also the valve Toi, but this leads
mostly not to the desired success, because the @ backlashes in the many joints
have a disturbing effect.
According to the circuit according to Fig.2; which the invention expresses, the above-mentioned deficiencies are avoided and a safe and proper operation of the control is guaranteed. In this figure, the same reference numbers apply as in Fig. Z, with the difference, however, that II and III do not represent the medium-pressure and low-pressure parts, but two low-pressure parts, which are connected in parallel to the high-pressure part. One of these low-pressure parts works on a consumer network, the other on a condenser. The control valve V = is influenced by the extraction pressure p2, while the control valve V ,, is influenced by the extraction pressure p, _. The following results from the comparison of the mode of operation according to the invention with that of the known regulation: A fluctuation in the steam consumption iGl causes a change in the pressure p1 and thus an adjustment of the valve Tos; whereby the condensation vapor and the performance of the low pressure part III is changed. This results in a change in the speed, and the controller R adjusts the live steam valve Ih in accordance with the power and the changed withdrawal quantity G1. The valve h = remains completely unaffected, since the work of this valve is only dependent on p2 and a fluctuation of G1 or p1 cannot affect this organ in any way. But if G changes . and thus also pp, the valve V = is adjusted, and this change in the amount of steam entering the low pressure part II has the same effect as if a change in the amount of steam Gl and the pressure p1 had occurred in the extraction network. In other words: The machine part II plays no other role than a point of consumption in a network in which the pressure p1 prevails, and the operation of the control remains the same as with a simple extraction turbine according to Fig. 3. After this circuit, however, countless turbines are already working to full satisfaction.
The circuit according to the invention shown in Fig. 2 offers special features
Advantages where the withdrawal quantity G2 remains practically the same (for example with
Saturated steam consumption for paper machines) and where only G1 is subject to major changes.
The machine part 1I is then not supplied with the variable amounts of steam G,
-as this is the case after the circuit in Fig. r, so that always with the same favorable
Filling can be worked.
