KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL
PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE.
Up to now, skeins of yarn have been produced either in bundles or in cross reeling. When reeling packs, the thread guides of the reel rest until the number of threads required for a pack is wound is, whereby the threads get a parallel position, while during the cross reeling through the back and forth movement of the thread guides a crossed position of the threads is achieved. In both cases the threads are more or less coiled over one another, so that the The length of the thread wound with one turn of the reel must be greater, the thicker it is the strand will. The threads located in such a strand can therefore not of be of exactly the same length, which creates a noticeable disadvantage for the subsequent processing is caused. If, during dyeing and finishing, the strand is tensed by wringing it out or opening it, so the shorter thread turns, i.e. the first layers, will take up the tension more than the longer turns of thread; they are more easily torn as a result of this, as well color differently than the longer coils, d. H. the last layers.
This is now mostly avoided by making strands of smaller thickness. There However, small strands affect the production of the haspinning and unwinding (spooling) , also when dyeing and sizing and the like with each other easily in disarray and thereby cause thread breakage, the present invention seeks to manufacture a strand of yarn of any thickness, in which the above-mentioned defects thereby avoiding that the individual threads of a strand with one reel revolution always get the same length in any layer. The latter is made using cross reeling achieves that the first turns do not fall on the simple slats of the reel as usual, but are wound on noses, which are fastened to the slats, and that the Yarn guide in addition to the back and forth movement, a slow lateral shift receives.
In Fig. 3 a, the thread position is shown, which in a back and forth movement of the thread guide is reeled up. 3b and 4 show the thread layers in the first three double movements of the thread guide. The thread is while moving the thread guide rod 19 alternately to the highest, middle and lowest points of the lugs 55 attached to the slats of the reel are placed, so that the winding has an approximately conical shape.
So that the thread length of a turn does not become larger with increasing thickness, is obtained the thread guide, in addition to the back and forth movement, has a slow, sideways, evenly moderate one Shift (here to the left) so that the conical shape of the winding is always retained and the thread is alternately placed on a point with the largest and smallest radius. The strand is then given the shape as shown in Fig. 3c on the reel and Fig. 22 on average.
Die Bewegung des Fadenführers wird in folgender Weise erzielt: Von der Haspelwelle 10,The movement of the thread guide is achieved in the following way: From the reel shaft 10,
Fig. 4, the shaft 14, Fig. 3, driven, on which eccentric 15 and worm 20 are attached. From the latter is by worm wheel 22 on shaft 21 with worm 23 and from this in turn Worm wheel 24 rotated on shaft 25 with eccentric 26. The latter acts on the rotatable by 27 fastened and pressed by spring lever 28, which by hinge 29 a 30 rotatably mounted lever 31 moved. On the latter there is a double-armed at 16 Lever 17 rotatably mounted, which with one arm to the eccentric 15 by spring is pressed on, the thread guide rod 19 by means of the pull rod 18 with the other arm sets in motion. ■ The fast moving eccentric 15 causes the back and forth forward movement, while the correspondingly slower rotating eccentric 26 a uniform lateral displacement of the oscillating movement of the thread guide rod brings about.
The punctured position of the eccentrics and levers comes with the advanced formation of the strand before.
Instead of this swinging and simultaneously advancing movement solely from the thread guide to have it carried out, such can be taken over in whole or in part by the reel will. For example, the reel shaft can move slowly while the thread guide oscillates evenly, and vice versa.
The lugs can be fixed on the slats of the reel or at different angles of the lugs To obtain, also to make it easier to remove the strand, be adjustable. in the In the latter case, the noses can be arranged to be adjustable individually or collectively.
Werden die Nasen an einer Latte gemeinschaftlich und. diese mit mehreren Muffen auf der Haspelwelle verbunden, so kann durch Drehung oder Verschiebung derselben eine gleichzeitige Bewegung sämmtlicher Nasen stattfinden, entweder um solche zu verstellen oder durch Zurückziehen das Abziehen der Strähne von dem Haspel zu erleichtern.5 and 6 show fixed noses, FIGS. 7 to 10 show individually adjustable noses Noses on a lath jointly and. these are connected with several sleeves on the reel shaft, so by turning or shifting them a simultaneous movement of all the noses can take place, either by to adjust such or to pull the strand off the reel by pulling it back facilitate.
To make it easy to fold the slats together when using fixed lugs, one or more slats are set up adjustable in the radial direction. Namely will If a bar is moved in the direction after the reel shaft, the loosening The strand and the slats can be easily folded. The further removal of the Strand can then be rotatably attached to one or two of the slats by straightening the Rod be relieved because this removes the strand from the area of the noses is lifted.
In order to prevent the threads from slipping off the noses when reeling, the same can appropriately coated or serrated and also to facilitate removal of the finished strand may be shaped differently if the thread length is wound up. Figures 11, 12 and 13 represent different forms of the noses and windings, Figs. 14 and 15 with such partial teeth.
The incision of the strand of yarn can be done in different ways Way. Either this happens already during reeling in such a way that after Winding up a certain amount of yarn the thread is wrapped around and this up to complete the strand is repeated so that the strand, its cross-section with Fig. 16 shows this insertion, thereby in several of the containers or numbers of the divisions corresponding to marketable reeling disintegrate, which are to be found in the following If necessary, process them easily from each other (let them run, or the injection of the Stranding takes place only after completion in such a way that the Fitz thread the strand in one over the other divisions lying (Fig. 17) or adjacent to one another (Fig. 18) separate, the outer Side of the strand by a special feature, e.g. B. Failure to thread some sutures (Fig. 18d), is identified.
For subsequent processing the property of such a strand is important, very easily (by opening) from the cross-section of a displaced rectangle to merge into the rectangular cross-section. It disappears thereby the apparently unfavorable for achieving uniform thread tension, conical formed beginning of the strand, and there is cross section Fig. 19 from Fig. 16, the Cross section FIG. 20 from FIG. 17, the cross section FIG. 21 from FIG. 18 and by reducing the Height with increasing width of the cross section Fig. 24 from Fig. 23.
Fig. Ι and 2 represent a complete, with the thread reel provided with the relevant facilities.
Das von Haspelwelle 10 getriebene konische Rad 12 greift in das' Kegelrad 13 auf Welle 14 ein, wodurch Welle 14Due to the cone 3 seated on shaft 1 of the driven pulley 2, the upper cone 4 with shaft 5 and friction disk 6 rotated. Will now the lever 7 and with it the friction disc 6 are raised until lever 7 is held with nose 8 by the double-armed lug 9, so the reel shaft 10 seated friction disk 11 through the Set the reel in motion when it touches disk 6. The one driven by the reel shaft 10 conical gear 12 meshes with the 'bevel gear 13 on shaft 14, whereby shaft 14
