kann..Momentary switches are known in which one is slidable on the roof-shaped sliding surfaces
arranged web slides a current connection piece, which is held by a spring and pressed onto the sliding surface.
Two adjacent contacts are bridged by the current connector.
This requires a relatively large overall height, even if the current connection piece is in a horizontal position
Level would move. In addition, if there is little tilting or bending
the current connector is already resting on one contact surface and the other is still
do not touch, so that when bridging the contacts there is no perfect connection
will be produced. Under certain circumstances, an electric arc can then be caused
which lead to scorching or destruction of the contact and thus the switch
can..
This drawback is avoided with the momentary switch according to the invention
which that on the roof-shaped slide 5
surfaces of the slidable web sliding current connection piece of a flat spring
trained spring is held, which also serves to supply power. this
is of particular advantage because the current connector is therefore only attached to a single one
Contact applies and not, as with the known momentary switches, two in one level
must bridge or disconnect lying live contacts.
The switch according to the present invention 1 offers a further advantage in that the spring-loaded current connection piece is pulled under pressure over the contact by the inclined surfaces of the web before it exceeds the apex of the roof-shaped sliding surface, thereby rubbing it bare.
In the following an embodiment of the inventive concept is shown and
described. Fig. 1 shows a side view, Fig. 2 shows a plan view of such a switch.
A web 2 with a roof-shaped sliding surface 3 is guided in the mounting stone 1. That
Stromschlussstück4 engages with its slot 5 over the web 2 away. A flat spring 6
presses at the end against the current connector 4, a screw 7 holds the spring 6 at the same time
with one terminal 8 in the socket stone i. The web 2 is on both sides
provided with switching pins 9, 9 '. The contact 10 is conductive to the central contact 11 of the
Socket connected and screwed tightly to the socket stone. The mode of operation is as follows: If the switching pin 9 is pressed in,
so the bridge moves to the right. The current connector 4 slides on the roof-shaped
Slide surface 3 against the pressure of the spring 6 upwards. If the bridge 2 has covered half the way, this exceeds that
Current connection piece 4 the apex of the roof-shaped sliding surface 3, slides through the
Pressure of the tensioned spring 6 on the other side of the sliding surface suddenly decreases and
hits contact 10. When switching off, the same process takes place, only in
reverse direction. By the sudden rapid advancement of the current connector 4 of
the contact 10 is an opening spark or an arc formation when switching off
not possible.
