Description
Längenmeßvorrichtung für Drähte, Kabel, Seile und ähnliche Körper Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Feststellen der Länge von Drähten, Kabeln, Seilen und ähnlichen Körpern, bei welcher das Meßgut zwischen zwei oder mehreren Scheiben hindurchläuft. Es sind Vorrichtungen bekannt, bei welchen zwei Meßscheiben über ein Differentialgetriebe derart gemeinsam auf ein Zählwerk arbeiten, daß die von dem letzten angezeigte Länge das arithmetische Mittel der Messungen beider Scheiben ist. Ferner sind Längenmeßvorrichtungen bekannt, bei denen beide Meßscheiben mit je einem besonderen Zähhverk verbunden sind. Bei diesen. Ausführungen sind jedoch Fehlmessungen nicht ausgeschlossen, falls sich infolge einer Unebenheit des Kabels die eine oder andere Scheibe, besonders bei schnellem Durchziehen des Meßgutes, zeitweise abhebt. Dieser Mangel wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch beseitigt, daß die Achsen der Meßscheiben zwangsläufig miteinander verbunden sind. Wird infolge der Beschaffenheit des Meßgutes eine Scheibe abgehoben, so dreht sie sich bis zum Wiederaufliegen auf dem Meßgut durch .die zwangsläufige Verbindung mit der anderen Meßschei#be, die während dieser Zeit am Meßgut anliegt, mit einer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit, die. gleich der Geschwindigkeit des durchgezogenen Meßgutes ist. Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Abb. i eine Seitenansicht der Vorrichtung, Abb. 2 einen Grundriß der Vorrichtung.
