Description

Nagelloser Kistenverschlüßf niit Keilanzug Verschlüsse mit einfachem Keilanzug sind aus Patent 467 924 bekannt. Diese. neue Erfindung zeigt eine wesentliche Verbesserung mit vervielfachter Wirkung. Im allgemeinen besitzt der neue Verschluß alle Vorzüge des alten einfachen Kistenverschlusses,, wie Billigkeit, Haltbarkeit, Schonung der Kisten, augenblickliches leicJItes-Öffnen und Schließen, und keine Möglichkeit, sich zu verletzen. Auch ist es gleich, ob der Deckel versenkt oder flach aüfliegt,--ob der-Verschluß an der Längs- oder Breitseite der Kiste angebracht ist. Neu ist jedoch der bedeutend größere Wirkungserfolg, erreicht durch mehrfachen Keilanzug. Bei dieser Bauart verjüngen _ sich die konischen Leisten von der Mitte nach den beiden Enden zu, so daß durch zwei im gleichen Sinne gebogene Winkelstücke beim Aneinanderpressen ein doppelseitiger Verschluß erzielt wird. Bei diesem Doppelverschluß ist selbst bei starkem Schwinden des Holzes kein Klaffen oder Sperren des Kistendeckels möglich. - Die Zeichnung zeigt :eine fertige Kiste, an welcherdie Verschlüsse angebracht sind. Die aus hartem Holz bestehenden konischen Leisten a verjüngen sich von der Mitte nach den beiden Enden. Zwei im gleichen Sinne konische Winkelstücke b werden auf die konischen Leisten, aufgezogen, wodurch - der -xisstenkörper_c und der Deckeld durch doppelten Keilanzug fest zusammengepreßt werden.
