Verfahren zum Herstellen von in zylindrischer Form verwendeten Wickelkondensatoren, auf die ein Preßdruck in radialer Richtung von innen nach außen ausgeübt wird Die in der Starkstromtechnik zur Phasenkompensation dienenden Kondensatoren werden vielfach durch Wickeln von Metallfolien und einer oder mehrerer Lagen eines Nichtleiters hergestellt. Um :eine große Kapazität sowie eine genügende elektrische Festigkeit der Kondensatoren zu erzielen, ist es nötig, daß die Metallfolien einen möglichst geringen Abstand voneinander erhalten. Man hat zur Erzielung eines nur geringen Abstandes die gewickelten Kondensatoren bereits flach zusammengepreßt. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von in zylindrischer Form verwendeten Wickelkondensatoren, auf die ein Preßdruck in radialer Richtung von innen nach außen ausgeübt wird; erfindungsgemäß wirkt dieser Druck gleichzeitig auf die ganze axiale Länge des Wickels. Bei der Herstellung von zylindrischen Wickeln nach diesem Verfahren werden wesentlich bessere Ergeb= hisse erzielt als bei einem bekannten Verfahren, bei dem die Wickel durch :eine Druckbank gedrückt und dadurch in radialer Richtung zusammengepreßt werden. Der mittels der Druckbank erzielte radiale Druck wirkt nicht von Anfang an auf der ganzen Länge des Wickels, sondern beginnt an dem Ende des Wickels und setzt sich wähnend des Hindurchganges durch die Druckbank allmählich fort, wobei aber stets nur der die Druckbank gerade durchlaufende Teil des Wickels unter dem radialen Druck steht. Während des Durchpressens durch die Druckbank stehen also die einzelnen Lagen des Wickels unter einem ganz verschiedenen Druck, sie werden hierbei also höchst ungleichmäßig beansprucht. Es besteht infolgedessen die Gefahr, daß. die zwischen den Metallfolien liegenden Isolationsschichten beschädigt werden und der Kondensator leicht durchschlägt. Diese Gefahr ist bei dem Verfahren nach der Erfindung mit Sicherheit vermieden, bei dem das Zusammenpressen des Wickels gleichzeitig auf seiner ganzen axialen Länge .erfolgt, so da,ß die einzelnen Lagen stets einer gleichmäßigen Druck- oder Zugbeanspruchung ausgesetzt sind. Zur Erzeugung des Druckes ist außerdem keine besondere Druckvorrichtung nötig, man kann ihn vielmehr ohne Schwierigkeiten schon während des Wickelns ausüben, indem man gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung des Verfahrens gemäß der Erfindung die innere, den Wickel tragende Walze beim Zusammenpressen im Wickelsinne um einen bestimmten Winkel verdreht, wobei die Größe des Drehwinkels zweckmäßig der Veränderung des Durchmessers des Wickels angepaßt wird.The invention relates to a method for producing wound capacitors used in a cylindrical shape, on which a compressive pressure is exerted in the radial direction from the inside to the outside; according to the invention, this pressure acts simultaneously on the entire axial length of the roll.
