Description

Unter der Schuhsohle vor dem Absatz angeördnetes Stützkissen Die Erfindung betrifft ein elastisches Stützkissen für die Fußwölbung, welches an der Unterseite der Schuhsohle. in der Mitte der Fußwölbung verläuft und bis zur Sohlen-bzw. Absatzlauffläche geführt ist. Die bekannten Stützkissen dieser Art dienen lediglich dazu, bei neuen Schuhen das Heruntertreten des gewölbten Teiles der Sohle zu verhüten, wenn der Schuh an einem anormalen Fuß, mit bereits gesenkter Fußwölbung, getragen wird, oder auch dazu, um bei einem bereits getragenen Schuh die ursprüngliche Wölbung der Sohle wiederherzustellen, zu welchem Zweck die Unterseite des Stützkissens gewöhnlich in derselben Ebene wie die Unterfläche des Absatzes liegt. Das Stützkissen nach der Erfindung hat jedoch die Aufgabe zu erfüllen, nicht nur die normale Fußwölbung wiederherzustellen, sondern am Fuße auch eine Massage zu bewirken, die während des Gehens vorgenommen wird und die Muskeln und Sehnen kräftigt, und zwar an denjenigen Stellen, die infolge ihrer Schwäche die Senkung der Fußwölbung verursachen. Erreicht wird dieses Ziel dadurch, daß die Unterfläche des Stützkissens, wie bekannt, auf ihrer ganzen Länge unter den tiefsten Punkt der Sohle und des Absatzes zu liegen kommt; ferner dadurch, daß dieses Stützkissen eine einseitige Verbreiterung aufweist, deren äußere untere Begrenzungskante über die Begrenzungskante der Brücke vorsteht und daß diese Verbreiterung eine aufwärts strebende Stützfläche aufweist, die sich wirkungsvoll gegen das Oberleder legt. Die Verbreiterung i überragt den Brückenrand so weit, daß auf dem überstehenden Teil eine Stützfläche h so angeordnet ist, daß sie sich gegen das Oberleder des Schuhes, welches durch die einseitige Belastung herausgedrängt ist, bzw. sich gegen die an dieser Stelle angebrachten Lederkappe g wirksam anlehnt. Die Linie 1 der Abb. 5 ist die Grenzlinie der halbrunden Verbreiterung i. Die punktierte Linie k deutet die Stützfläche h an. Die Linie g bedeutet die aufgesetzte Lederkappe für die Stützfläche h. Die Linie m zeigt an, daß der Träger des Schuhes die Innenseite des Oberleders ganz und gar nach innen gedrängt hat. Durch die Gestaltung und Anordnung dieses Stützkissens mit halbrunder Verbreiterung und sich nach oben fortsetzender Stützfläche wird der Mittelfuß richtig unterstützt und eingebettet mit dem Erfolg, daß bei dem Senkfuß nicht nur die Rückbildung angestrebt und erzielt wird, sondern auch die übermäßige Belastung an der Innenseite auf die gesunde äußere Seite zwangsweise und ohne Schmerzen hinüberreguliert wird. Sofern eine allmähliche Rückbildung des abnormalen Mittelfußes in die normalere Fußwölbung eingetreten und die schräge Lauffläche des Stützkissens a (s. Abb. 3. und 6) dadurch horizontal geworden ist, muß diese wieder bis zur schrägen Lauffläche erhöht werden, um das gesteckte Ziel vollkommen zu erreichen. Die mit solchen Fußleiden behafteten Menschen treten auffallend mit dem Absatz auf, um dann zaghaft das Körpergewicht über den vorderen Fuß zu bewegen. Ein Überrollen der Körperlast über den ganzen Fuß können diese Menschen nicht ausführen. Aus diesem Grunde ist, wie beschrieben, die höchste Stelle der Lauffläche auf die hintere Hälfte verlegt, um dem Träger Gelegenheit zu geben, den Auftritt und die Gangart normal zu gestalten.
