Vorrichtung an Buchungsmaschinen zur Verhütung von Falschbuchungen
Man hat bisher geglaubt, daß durch die im Verkehr befindlichen Buchungsmaschinen
eine unbedingte Sicherheit gegen Falschbuchungen gegeben sei. Wie sich herausgestellt
hat, ist aber die erwünschte Sicherheit noch nicht gegeben. Es ist möglich, die
Ablesevorrichtung, d. i. die Einrichtung zum Ziehen, also Ablesen und Drucken von
Zwischensummen, dazu zu mißbrauchen, um auf eine Kartothekkarte eine Buchung zu
bringen, die im Geschäftsgange als eine normale Buchung betrachtet wird, während
sie in Wirklichkeit eine Falschbuchung darstellt. Zu diesem Zwecke ist -es nur nötig,
durch Einlegung eines Papierblattes o. dgl. zu verhindern, daß das Zeichen, durch
welches die Buchung als Kontrollbuchung gekennzeichnet wird, auf dem betreffenden
Kartothekblatt erscheint. Zur Verhinderung solcher "Falschbuchungen ist es deshalb
erforderlich, Vorkehrungen zu treffen, die den Mißbrauch gerade der Ablesevorrichtungverhindern.
Solche Vorrichtungen können so getroffen werden, daß beim Aufdruck des Ergebnisses
der Ablesung, d. h. also der Zwischensumme, eine Beschädigung des Blattes, auf welchem
der Aufdruck erfolgt, herbeigeführt wird, durch welche die Buchung dauernd als Kontrollbuchung

ein X, das über dem Buchstaben angebracht wird, der die betreffende Kasse kennzeichnet,

Fig. i stellt das Beispiel einer normalen Buchung dar. Fig. 2 zeigt
eine Kontrollbuchung auf einer Normalkarte, wie sie bisher bei Bedienung der Ableseeinrichtung
auf der Unterlage aufgedruckt wird. Fig. 3 zeigt die normale Karte mit einem Stanzloch
an Stelle des bisherigen Kontrollzeichens für die Ablesevorrichtung. Fg. q. zeigt
an gleicher Stelle die Perforierung durch Nadeln. Eine ins einzelne ausgestaltete
Ausführung des Erfindungsgedankens ,ergibt sich aus der Zeichnung Fig.5 bis 7. Dazu
wird bemerkt: Die Welle g, welche die Triebräder der Typen trägt, ist an den derzeitigen
Maschinen massiv ausgeführt. Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist (Fig. 5, 6),
tritt an deren Stelle eine Hohlwelle, welche die Massivwelle i umschließt. Letztere
ist an einem Ende fest mit dem Triebrad der Kontrolltype Bx verbunden. Am anderen
Ende bei L ist ein Gewinde zur Aufnahme des Markierstiftes k @eingeschnitten (Fig.7).
Um letzterem die ihm durch das Antriebsrad Bx aufgezwungene kreisförmige Bewegung
zu ,ermöglichen, ist in der Hohlwelle g ein Schlitz von einem entsprechenden Ausmaß
angebracht, durch welchen
auch der Einbau des Stiftes ermöglicht
wird. Dex. Vorgäng ist nun folgender: Wird der Stellhebel der Ablesevorrichtung
auf Abdruck einer Zwischensumme eingestellt, so nimmt das Antriebsrad Bx die dadurch
bestimmte Stellung ein. Naturgerriäß macht die mit ihm fest verbundene innere Welle
i diese Bewegung mit und bringt den Markierstift k in die beabsichtigte Stellung.
In dieser Stellung aber muß der Markierstift die zum Zwecke der Ablesung eingeführten
Unterlagen einschneiden und so als Unterlagen einer Kontrollbuchung kennzeichnen,
