Rauchgasreinigungsanlage Die Erfindung betrifft Rauchgasreinigungsanlagen
Flue gas cleaning system The invention relates to flue gas cleaning systems
for boilers or the like. Large firing systems, in which a fan and a centrifugal separator
with tangential gas inlet and axial upper gas outlet as well as lower dust outlet
be used. Such flue gas cleaning systems were previously in numerous
Forms built on or placed on chimneys.
Next of the invention, the flue gas cleaning system is thereby in the
Chimney built in that with a coaxially arranged around the chimney
Centrifugal cleaner the chimney shaft itself the dust sink area of the cleaner
which is closed at the bottom by the taper built into the chimney
will. With this arrangement, the chimney part is above the flue gas cleaner
for clean gas discharge. The gas is tangential to the new centrifugal separator
pressed, which has large dimensions in relation to the chimney diameter, so
the resulting rotation settles far into the upper cylindrical part of the chimney
away. This elongated chimney part prevents that in the axis of the separator
The clean gas part flowing in the opposite direction to the dust sinking entrains the separated dust.
The clean gas outflow space takes up the entire cross section of the chimney and runs into one
conical dust outlet that protrudes far down into the chimney. This very slim one
conical dust outlet increases the safety of the dust removal significantly. This
The cone also forms the upper end of the chimney. This creates below
at the end a chamber from which the induced draft fan extracts the incoming from the boiler
Can extract gas without affecting the operating conditions of the flue gas cleaning system
influence. This is how the chimney forms in the new system. not just one
Part of the centrifugal separator, but also serves as a carrier for the upstream
spiral inflow body, which significantly increases weight, space and manufacturing costs
savings are made, preferably in the case of very large boiler systems
acts for which such flue gas dedusters are mainly used.

Beams b supported on the brick chimney part a serve as a support for the flue gas cleaning system. The fan c is driven by the motors d and dl, it is connected with the suction nozzle e to the chimney part f, with the pressure nozzle i to the inlet body of the cyclone g. lt is the slim, conical tapering of the cyclone inside the chimney f, l the connection to the downpipe m. p is a partition; with o is a flap. k is the upper part of the chimney, which is used for the clean gas outlet. From the illustration and the arrows entered therein, the mode of operation is that the fan c sucks in the flue gas to be cleaned from the channel d, it passes through line i. pushes into the spiral cyclone g; the dust moves down the walls of the conical part h and leaves the cyclone through a pipe into a dust bunker, a filling point or the like. The clean gas exits through the chimney k. Instead of the one drawn partition p, several can be used; the flap o can also be replaced by another control element that can be adjusted manually or automatically.
