ίο ohne besondere Welle einfach nebeneinander
To the dimensions of the inductors of high-speed synchronous machines of the increased
To be able to adjust the power, one has recently for forging reasons, the inductor body from individual
composed of disc-like pieces that are easier to manufacture than solid
Inductor body; the forgings forming the inductor body are now either
ίο simply next to each other without a special wave
lined up and connected by stud bolts or welded at the edges.
The inductor has also been assembled from at least three forgings,
which are lined up on a shaft and held between end flanges.
The invention now relates to an inductor body for large synchronous machines
Power in which, according to the invention, the disks forming the central part of the inductor
are compressed by shrinkage of the shaft in its axial direction.
In the drawing, some embodiments of the invention are shown schematically in longitudinal section in Fig. 1 to 3. In all examples, α is a shaft on which the disk-shaped forgings b are lined up. The disks b are pushed together by the end disks C 1 , C 2 pushed onto the shaft from both sides! pressed. The. individual forgings are expediently provided at the opposite superimposed surfaces alternately with elevations and \ r ertiefungen, the good fit into each other, and which serve the discs. to stiffen against each other and to relieve the shaft of bending stresses, so that, if necessary, the carrier shaft can be hollow. The shaft α carrying the disks can now, as Fig. 1 shows, serve directly as an inductor shaft, or special flanges d u d 2 with bearing journals sitting thereon in any way, e.g. B. by screwing, as Fig. 2 shows. The pressing flanges C 1 , c s pushed onto the threaded pin of the carrier shaft α can also be provided with the bearing pin themselves, as shown in Figure 3. Instead of screwing the end disks generating the compression pressure of the disks with a thread onto the support shaft, as shown in the figures, these compression disks can easily be shrunk onto the support shaft under pressure. An increase in the pressure of the disks by the end disks can be achieved in such a way that the hollow support shaft α is heated from the inside, whereupon the end disks are screwed or shrunk on.
