Description
Device for the electrical cleaning of gases under increased pressure In many cases it has recently proven to be advantageous to use the electric gases to be cleaned in the passage through the electric field under increased To put pressure, since this can achieve a better precipitation effect. The devices used for this purpose have now proven to be extraordinary Difficult to find out the implementations which were used to introduce the operations The required high-voltage lines are used, sufficiently pressure-resistant and high-voltage resistant to manufacture. Leaks can, however, if it is z. B. poisonous gases are involved, may cause serious damage. The following shows how this deficiency can be eliminated.
According to the invention, not only are the electrodes of the electrical Separator field, but also the apparatus and equipment required to generate it the electromagnetic devices for cleaning the electrodes in the high-pressure chamber arranged itself. So it is particularly useful to use the high voltage generator, the z. B. can consist of transformer and rectifier or direct current generator, to accommodate in the high pressure room. In addition, the arrangement can also be made that the shaking devices for the electrodes are also located in the high-pressure chamber attached electrical devices are driven.
With this arrangement, the main advantage is associated that then the current inlets only as low-voltage inlets. need to be trained. Such low-voltage entries can also be used for relatively high Druoke can be made without difficulty. On the other hand, there are bigger breakthroughs saved in the wall of the high-pressure container, which would otherwise be necessary to a Shaking rods or the like for the electrode cleaning device through the wall to lead through.
In the figure, an embodiment of the invention is in elevation shown. i is the housing of a high-pressure-resistant electrostatic precipitator chamber, the above is closed by the cover 2, 3 and 4 are the inlet and outlet connections for the gas. In the chamber an insulator 5 is attached, of which the as a spray electrode serving wire6 hangs down. The wall of the chamber i serves as a collecting electrode; The transformer 7 is attached above the insulator 5. the primary coil 8 and the secondary coil 9 has. One end of the secondary coil 9 is with the wall the chamber and the other connected to the spray electrode 6. The two ends of the Primary coil 8 are through the mounted in the cover 2 bushing insulators io and ii passed through and connected to the ordinary power network 12. At Finally, a valve 13 is attached to the lower end of the chamber i that the particles precipitated from the gases can be discharged.
