Molkereiprodukten sind bereits Vorrichtungen vorgeschlagen worden, die die Messung des Höhenunterschiedes zwischen dem unteren und oberen Fettrand der in einem Butyrometer ohne Teilung befindlichen zu untersuchenden Milch o. dgl. gestatten. Die Messung erfolgt in der Weise, daß zunächst eine Nullmarke auf den unteren Fettrand, hierauf eine zweite Marke auf den oberen Fettrand eingestellt und der Abstand der beiden Marken abgelesen wird. Nach der Erfindung werden diese bekannten Vorrichtungen in der Weise weiter ausgebildet, daß zur Einstellung auf den oberen Fettrand ein für einen oder zwei Beobachter eingerichtetes Ablesefernrohr benutzt wird, dessen Trieb mit einem Anzeigewerk nach Art einer Meßuhr gekuppelt ist, welches den Fettgehalt in Prozenten abzulesen gestattet.Device for determining the fat content of milk, cream or the like.
