Description
Zeiger für elektrische Ausschlag-Meßgeräte Die als sogenannte Lanzen- oder Messerzeiger auszubildenden Zeiger von elektrischen Ausschlag-Meßgeräten werden bisher durch Ausstanzen aus einem dünnen Messing- oder Aluminiumblech oder durch Flachpressen eines feinen Aluminiumrohres hergestellt. Derartige Zeiger werden für Meßgeräte, bei denen mit Rücksicht auf die zu erzielende Meßgenauigkeit das Drehmoment des Zeigers sehr klein gehalten werden muß; aus außerordentlich dünnem Blech, also sehr leicht hergestellt, und sie haben dann nicht unwesentliche Nachteile, weil sie stark empfindlich gegen Stoßüberlastung sind, relativ geringe Dämpfung haben und bei Wechselstrom-Meßgeräten leicht in Resonanz kommen und Schwingungen ausführen. Um diese übelstände zu beseitigen, werden gemäß der Erfindung für derartige Meßgeräte Zeiger verwendet, die aus Isolier-Preßmaterial von geringerem spezifischem Gewicht als Aluminium, z. B. Formaldehydkondensationsharzen mit oder ohne Faserstoff (Bakelit) oder einem gummiartigen Preßmaterial, hergestellt sind. Ein derartiger Zeiger ist von genügender Elastizität, um auch größere stoßartige Belastungen vertragen zu können, wenn er am Ende der Skala gegen einen Anschlag stößt, und er hat gegenüber Aluminiumzeigern den besonderen Vorteil, daß sich bei gleichgeringem Gewicht größere Abmessungen und infolgedessen eine bessere Dämpfung ergeben.
